一种背光模组及显示装置，背光模组包括：背板(1)；中框(3)，设于背板(1)上；发光基板(2)，设于背板(1)上，且位于中框(3)内，发光基板(2)包括第一发光区(203)以及围绕第一发光区(203)的第二发光区(204)，第二发光区(204)靠近发光基板(2)的边缘；光补偿结构(100)，靠近发光基板(2)的边缘，光补偿结构(100)包括光转换材料。背光模组及显示装置能够提高显示效果。
