Description
Claims (11)
- 体内の管に巻き付けるための電極装置において、
前記管の周囲に巻き付けられ、前記管の少なくとも一部の神経を遮断又は調節する電極部と、
前記電極部の移動をガイドするガイド部とを含み、
前記電極部は、
前記電極部が前記管の周囲において巻き付けられるように曲がる第1のレイヤと、
前記第1のレイヤ上に配置され、前記電極部が前記管に密着して巻き付けられるように曲がる第2のレイヤと、
前記第2のレイヤ上に配置され、エネルギーソース生成器からのエネルギーを利用して前記管の少なくとも一部の神経を遮断又は調節する電極と、
を含み、
前記第1のレイヤ及び前記第2のレイヤは、一端のみで固定されて連結されており、
前記第2のレイヤが前記管に接触したとき、前記第1のレイヤ及び前記第2のレイヤの隣接する面が互いに離隔する、電極装置。 - 前記第1のレイヤの少なくとも一部は、形状記憶合金からなる、請求項1に記載の電極装置。
- 前記形状記憶合金は、第1の変態温度以上において第1の曲率で曲がり、第2の変態温度以上において第2の曲率で曲がるように形成される、請求項2に記載の電極装置。
- 前記第1のレイヤは、体温によって前記第1の変態温度に加熱されることにより、前記管の周囲において前記第1の曲率で曲がる、請求項3に記載の電極装置。
- 前記第1のレイヤは、前記エネルギーソース生成器からのエネルギーによって前記第2の変態温度に加熱されることにより、前記管の周囲において前記第2の曲率で曲がる、請求項3に記載の電極装置。
- 前記第2の曲率は、前記第1の曲率よりも小さい、請求項3に記載の電極装置。
- 前記第1の変態温度は、35℃~40℃であり、前記第2の変態温度は、50℃~60℃である、請求項3に記載の電極装置。
- 前記形状記憶合金は、二方向形状記憶合金である、請求項3に記載の電極装置。
- 前記二方向形状記憶合金は、第3の変態温度以下において直線状に伸びるように形成される、請求項8に記載の電極装置。
- 前記第3の変態温度は、20℃~25℃である、請求項9に記載の電極装置。
- 前記第1のレイヤが前記管の周囲に巻き付けられた後、前記第2のレイヤを前記ガイド部側へ引張ることで前記第2のレイヤの直径を前記管の直径と対応するように調節する、請求項1に記載の電極装置。
