Description

本発明は、マイクロ波エネルギを出力して血管を封止することのできる電気外科的鉗子装置に関する。装置は、開腹手術に使用してもよいが、処置部位へのアクセスが規制されている処置に特に使用され得る。例えば、本発明の電気外科用鉗子は、外科スコープ装置、すなわち腹腔鏡、内視鏡等の器具チャンネル内に適合するように構成してもよい。図1は、本発明の電気外科用鉗子を使用し得る電気外科的装置100の概略図を示す。

前記器具チャンネル内に装着される請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科用鉗子と、
前記鉗子を作動するハンドルとを備え、
前記同軸ケーブルは、その近位端において前記電気外科的発電機からマイクロ波エネルギを受取るために接続され、

前記ボディに枢動可能に装着され、前記キャリッジに作動可能に係合するレバーとを備え、前記レバーの回転により前記キャリッジが摺動運動を生じさせ、
前記スリーブは、前記キャリッジに取付けられる、請求項15に記載の電気外科的装置。 - 前記作動機構は、前記キャリッジを近位方向に付勢するように配置される付勢部材を含む、請求項16に記載の電気外科的装置。
