図1は、本実施の形態に係る車両用前照灯の水平断面概要図である。図2は、本実施の形態に係る車両用前照灯の正面図である。なお、図2においては、一部の部品を省略してある。
図3は、本実施の形態に係る光学ユニットの要部を示す斜視図である。なお、図3では、光学ユニット18を構成する部品のうち、主として第1の光源20、回転リフレクタ22および凸レンズ26を示しており、説明の便宜上一部の部品の図示を省略している。
次に、本実施の形態に係る回転リフレクタ22の構造の詳細について説明する。図4は、本実施の形態に係る回転リフレクタの斜視図である。図5は、本実施の形態に係る回転リフレクタの正面図である。図6は、図5に示す回転リフレクタをA方向から見た側面図である。図7(a)は、図5に示す回転リフレクタのB-B断面図、図7(b)は、図5に示す回転リフレクタのC-C断面図、図7(c)は、図5に示す回転リフレクタのD-D断面図である。

Claims (5)
- 光学ユニットを備えた車両用灯具であって、
前記光学ユニットは、
光源から出射した光を反射しながら回転軸を中心に一方向に回転する回転リフレクタと、
水平方向に向かってライン状に配列された複数の発光素子からなる光源と、を備え、
前記回転リフレクタは、
回転しながら反射した光源の光が前方を走査することで所望の配光パターンを形成するように捩られた反射面を有し、
前記反射面は、上方に傾いた外側領域および下方に傾いた内側領域を含み、
前記複数の発光素子は、前記外側領域で反射される光を発する外側発光素子の上下位置よりも、前記内側領域で反射される光を発する内側発光素子の上下位置が下になるように配列されていることを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 前記複数の発光素子は、水平方向に一直線に配列している場合と比較して、前記回転リフレクタで反射された、前記複数の発光素子が出射するそれぞれの光が前方を走査することで形成される部分配光パターンの重なりが多くなるように、水平方向に向かってライン状に配列されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記複数の発光素子は、端から順に第1~第nの発光素子を有し、
前記第1~第nの発光素子は、基準の上下位置から下への変位量d1~dnが以下の式(1)を満たす、
d1≦d2≦d3≦・・・≦dn-1≦dn (1)
(ただし、d1=d2=d3・・・=dn-1=dnの場合を除く)
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用灯具。 - 前記回転リフレクタで反射された光を光学ユニットの光照射方向に投影する投影レンズを更に備え、
前記回転リフレクタは、回転軸が前記光照射方向に対して斜めにかつ水平方向に延びるように配置されており、
前記光源は、前記複数の発光素子のそれぞれの発光面が前記反射面に対して斜めとなるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用灯具。 - 前記反射面は、回転軸を中心とする周方向に向かうにつれて、光軸と該反射面とが成す角が変化するように捩られた形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の車両用灯具。
