Description

Claims (15)
- 試料ホルダ(12)と一つ以上の熱電素子(14)とを備える検査試料の熱処理装置(10)であって、前記試料ホルダ(12)は互いに対向する内側底面(18)と内側上端面(20)とを有する中空体(16)を備え、前記中空体は内部作動流体を備え、前記試料ホルダ(12)は更に内側上端面(20)に対して平行な外側上端面(22)を備え、前記内側底面(18)と前記内側上端面(20)とは前記内側底面(18)に対して垂直な垂直軸線(26)に沿って延びる支柱(24)により互いに接続され、前記外側上端面(22)は検査試料消耗品(30)又は検査試料消耗品の一部を保持するようにそれぞれ構成された少なくとも二つの保持部位(28)を備え、前記垂直軸線(26)は前記少なくとも二つの保持部位(28)間の距離(32)の実質的に中央に位置し、前記一つ以上の熱電素子(14)は中空体(16)と熱接触している、検査試料の熱処理装置(10)。
