Description
Claims (13)
- 圧縮ガスを形成し、それを圧縮ガスレシーバに分配するための方法であって、
(a)極低温のプロセス流体を提供するステップと、
(b)前記プロセス流体を加圧し、依然として極低温の前記加圧されたプロセス流体を第1の熱交換器に供給するステップと、
(c)例えばD-リモネンなどの熱流体を、熱流体リザーバ内に、前記加圧されたプロセス流体の前記極低温を超える熱流体温度で提供するステップと、
(d)前記加圧されたプロセス流体から前記圧縮ガスを形成するステップであって、前記圧縮ガスを形成することは、前記第1の熱交換器内で、前記熱流体との間接的熱交換によって前記加圧されたプロセス流体を加熱することを含む、ステップと、
(e)任意選択的に、1つ以上の圧縮ガス貯蔵容器を提供し、前記1つ以上の圧縮ガス貯蔵容器から圧縮ガスをディスペンサに供給するステップと、
(f)ステップ(d)で形成された圧縮ガスを前記ディスペンサおよび/または、存在する場合は、前記1つ以上の圧縮ガス貯蔵容器に供給するステップと、
(g)前記圧縮ガスを前記圧縮ガスレシーバに前記ディスペンサを介して分配するステップと、
ステップ(d)で形成された圧縮ガス、および/または、存在する場合は、前記1つ以上の圧縮ガス貯蔵容器からの圧縮ガスを、第2の熱交換器内の前記熱流体との間接的熱交換によって冷却し、前記冷却された圧縮ガスを前記ディスペンサに供給するステップと、を含み、
前記第1の熱交換器および前記第2の熱交換器は、前記熱流体に関して並列に配置され、第1のポンプが、前記熱流体リザーバの前記熱流体を前記第1の熱交換器を通して供給し、第2のポンプが、前記熱流体リザーバの前記熱流体を前記第2の熱交換器を通して供給する、
方法。 - 前記加圧されたプロセス流体および熱流体のうちの一方は、前記第1の熱交換器を通して、1つ以上の流体チャネル内を搬送され、他方は、前記1つ以上の流体チャネルを直接接触して取り囲み、それによって間接的熱交換をもたらす、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱流体リザーバの前記熱流体は、熱流体回路であって、前記熱流体リザーバと、前記第1の熱交換器と、前記熱流体回路内で前記熱流体を供給する1つ以上のポンプとを含む熱流体回路内を循環する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記加圧されたプロセス流体および熱流体のうちの一方は、前記第2の熱交換器を通して、1つ以上の流体チャネル内を搬送され、他方は、前記1つ以上の流体チャネルを直接接触して取り囲み、それによって間接的熱交換をもたらす、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上の圧縮ガス貯蔵容器が提供され、ステップ(d)で形成された前記圧縮ガスの少なくとも一部分が、中間貯蔵のために前記1つ以上の圧縮ガス貯蔵容器に供給され、
圧縮ガスを前記ディスペンサに供給する前記ステップは、圧縮ガスを前記1つ以上の圧縮ガス貯蔵容器から前記ディスペンサに供給することを含んでよいか、またはそれからなってよい、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記1つ以上の圧縮ガス貯蔵容器が提供され、ステップ(d)で形成された前記圧縮ガスの少なくとも一部分が、前記1つ以上の圧縮ガス貯蔵容器を迂回して、前記ディスペンサに供給される、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 圧縮ガスを形成し、それを圧縮ガスレシーバに分配するためのシステムであって、
(a)極低温のプロセス流体の供給源と、
(b)前記供給源からプロセス流体を受け取るように動作可能に配置され、前記プロセス流体を加圧し、依然として極低温の前記加圧されたプロセス流体を供給するように構成された極低温供給デバイスと、
(c)前記加圧されたプロセス流体から圧縮ガスを形成するためのプロセス流体処理構成であって、極低温で、前記極低温供給デバイスから加圧されたプロセス流体を受け取るように操作可能に配置され、熱流体との間接的熱交換によって前記加圧されたプロセス流体を加熱するように構成された第1の熱交換器を備える、プロセス流体処理構成と、
(d)前記加圧されたプロセス流体の前記極低温を超える温度の前記熱流体の熱流体リザーバであって、前記第1の熱交換器に前記熱流体を提供するように動作可能に配置された熱流体リザーバと、
(e)任意選択的に、圧縮ガスを前記プロセス流体処理構成から受け取るように動作可能に配置され、それを貯蔵するように構成された1つ以上の圧縮ガス貯蔵容器と、
(f)前記プロセス流体処理構成から圧縮ガスを受け取るように動作可能に配置され、かつ/または、存在する場合は、前記1つ以上の貯蔵容器から圧縮ガスを受け取るように動作可能に配置され、かつ圧縮ガスを前記圧縮ガスレシーバに分配するように構成されたディスペンサと、を備え、
前記プロセス流体処理構成から圧縮ガスを受け取るように動作可能に配置され、かつ/または、存在する場合は、前記1つ以上の圧縮ガス貯蔵容器から圧縮ガスを受け取るように動作可能に配置された第2の熱交換器を備え、前記第2の熱交換器は、前記熱流体との間接的熱交換によって前記受け取った圧縮ガスを冷却するように構成され、前記熱流体リザーバは、前記第2の熱交換器に前記熱流体を提供するように動作可能に配置されている、
前記熱流体に関して、第1の枝路と、前記第1の枝路と並列に配置された第2の枝路とを有する熱流体回路を備え、前記第1の枝路は、前記熱流体リザーバと、前記第1の熱交換器と、前記熱流体リザーバの前記熱流体を、前記熱流体リザーバおよび前記第1の熱交換器を通して、前記第1の枝路内を循環させるように動作可能に配置および構成された第1のポンプとを備え、前記第2の枝路は、前記熱流体リザーバと、前記第2の熱交換器と、前記熱流体リザーバの前記熱流体を、前記熱流体リザーバおよび前記第2の熱交換器を通して、前記第2の枝路内を循環させるように動作可能に配置および構成された第2のポンプとを備える、
システム。 - 前記第1の熱交換器は、前記熱流体リザーバと、前記熱流体リザーバの前記熱流体を前記第1の熱交換器および前記熱流体リザーバを通して循環させるように動作可能に配置および構成された1つ以上のポンプとを含む熱流体回路内に配置されている、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱流体リザーバは、前記熱流体の浴を包含するリザーバ容器を備え、前記熱流体リザーバは、前記熱流体を前記第1の熱交換器に前記浴から提供するように動作可能に配置されている、請求項7または8に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱流体回路は、総質量M11の熱流体を包含し、前記リザーバ容器は、この総質量のうちの質量m12の熱流体を包含し、比率m12/M11は、関係m12/M11≧0.5、またはm12/M11≧0.6、またはm12/M11≧0.7.を満たす、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の熱交換器および/または、存在するのであれば、請求項7記載の前記第2の熱交換器は、
-前記熱流体および前記加圧されたプロセス流体のうちの一方であるケーシング側流体のための入口および出口を有するケーシングと、
-前記ケーシング内に取り付けられ、チャネル側流体を受け取るように動作可能に配置され、前記ケーシングを通して前記チャネル側流体を搬送するように構成された1つ以上の流体チャネルであって、前記チャネル側流体は、前記加圧されたプロセス流体および前記熱流体のうちの他方である、流体チャネルと、を備え、
-前記それぞれの熱交換器は、前記チャネル側流体のために、前記ケーシング側流体を前記1つ以上の流体チャネルと直接接触させるように構成されている、請求項7~10のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1の熱交換器および/または、存在するのであれば、請求項7記載の前記第2の熱交換器は、ケーシング側流体としての、前記熱流体および前記加圧されたプロセス流体のうちの一方のためのケーシングと、前記加圧されたプロセス流体および前記熱流体のうちの他方をチャネル側流体として前記ケーシングを通して搬送するための、前記ケーシング内に取り付けられた1つ以上のらせん形コイル状流体チャネルとを備えるらせん形コイル状熱交換器である、請求項7~11のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセス流体処理構成は、前記第1の熱交換器から加圧されたプロセス流体を受け取るように動作可能に配置され、このプロセス流体をさらに加熱するように構成されたヒータを備え、および/または、
例えば前記熱流体リザーバ内に動作可能に配置され、前記熱流体を加熱するように構成された熱流体ヒータをさらに備える、
請求項7~12のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
