Claims (11)
- トーラス状浮体(100)のための、浮揚性のトーラスセグメント状ポンツーン(1)であって、
前記トーラス状浮体(100)は、複数の前記ポンツーン(1)から構成され、トーラス回転軸(2)を内包するトーラス小孔(4)を備え、
前記ポンツーン(1)は:
‐隣接する前記ポンツーン(1)を、軸方向にはめ込みによって接合できるように設計された、略平坦な側面(9)上の接続手段(10);
‐構成部品を前記トーラス小孔(4)内に受承するための、半径方向内側ポンツーン表面(5)上の受承エリア(30)
を備え、
前記ポンツーン(1)はプラスチック製であり、回転溶融、ブロー押出成形、又はRIMプロセスで製造され、
‐隣接する前記ポンツーン(1)を、トーラス周方向及び半径方向において一体に保持するために、保持手段(20)が半径方向外側ポンツーン表面(7)上に配設されること;
‐前記接続手段(10)は、前記側面(9)のうちの一方の上の、略半径方向、軸方向、又は斜め半径方向に延在する少なくとも1つの溝(12)、及び他方の前記側面(9)の上の、前記溝(12)と対向する少なくとも1つの略相補的な突起(14)として構成されること
を特徴とする、ポンツーン(1)。 - 前記ポンツーン(1)及び/又は前記浮体(100)の輸送を目的として、上部及び/又は底部にアイレット(17)を備える、請求項1に記載のポンツーン(1)。
- 前記ポンツーン(1)は、トーラス赤道面(3)に関して略対称であり、各前記側面(9)は少なくとも1つの溝(12)及び1つの突起(14)を備える、請求項1又は2に記載のポンツーン(1)。
- 前記保持手段(20)及び/又は前記受承エリア(30)は、それぞれ前記半径方向外側ポンツーン表面(7)上又は前記半径方向内側ポンツーン表面(5)上に、一方の前記側面(9)からもう一方の前記側面(9)まで周方向に延在する溝又はスロットの形態で構成される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のポンツーン(1)。
- 前記ポンツーン(1)は、前記ポンツーン(1)を少なくとも部分的に流出させて空にする目的で、弁デバイス(40)を備える、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のポンツーン(1)。
- トーラス回転軸(2)を内包したトーラス小孔(4)を備える、トーラス状浮体(100)であって、
請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の複数のトーラスセグメント状ポンツーン(1)から構成され、
隣接する前記ポンツーン(1)の側面(9)上の溝(12)及び突起(14)は、軸方向及び/又は半径方向の固定のために連結し、外側ポンツーン表面(7)上の保持手段(20)は前記ポンツーン(1)を半径方向及び周方向に固定する、浮体(100)。 - 前記保持手段(20)は、個々の前記ポンツーン(1)を周方向において一体に保持する、周方向リング若しくはベルト、又は張力印加デバイス(22)である、請求項6に記載の浮体(100)。
- 略回転対称のポンツーンキャリア(15)が、受承エリア(30)を用いて前記トーラス小孔(4)内に設置され、前記ポンツーンキャリア(15)の回転軸は、前記トーラス回転軸に対応し、また前記ポンツーンキャリア(15)には、前記トーラス回転軸に対して略平行に整列されたリフティングロッド(25)を取り付けることができる、請求項6又は7に記載の浮体(100)。
- 前記ポンツーンキャリア(15)を備え、
前記ポンツーンキャリア(15)は、略回転対称の支持リング(37)が配設された前記内側ポンツーン表面(5)上の前記受承エリア(30)と相互作用する、ディスク状の支持要素(32)を備え、上記略回転対称の支持リング(37)に対して前記ポンツーン(1)を支持でき、
前記ポンツーンキャリア(15)は、個々の前記ポンツーン(1)の前記側面(9)と接触する、略半径方向に整列された追加の取り付けウェブ(35)を備えてよい、請求項8に記載の浮体(100)。 - 前記浮体(100)を構成する個々の前記トーラスセグメント状ポンツーン(1)のサイズを画定する角度は、互いに異なっており、及び/又は前記浮体(100)を構成する個々の前記トーラスセグメント状ポンツーン(1)の軸方向長さは、互いに異なっている、請求項6~9のいずれか1項に記載の浮体(100)。
- 前記ポンツーン(1)を少なくとも部分的に流出させる又は排水する目的で、前記ポンツーン(1)の少なくとも1つの弁デバイス(40)を作動させるために使用できる、弁アクチュエータ(45)を備える、請求項6~10のいずれか1項に記載の浮体(100)。
