Claims (15)
- ダウンホール管を接続する連結具であって、
管状体と、
雌連結部と、
雄連結部と、
前記管状体の外表面上に形成された雄ねじ山、および、
前記管状体の内表面上に形成された雌ねじ山のうち少なくとも1つと、を備え、
前記少なくとも1つのねじ山が、山頂と、谷底と、一対のフランクとを含む、ねじ山形状を有し、
前記山頂および前記谷底がそれぞれ、前記ねじ山形状の全長に沿って第1のキャンバー半径および第2のキャンバー半径をそれぞれ中心にしてキャンバーが与えられ、
前記第1のキャンバー半径および前記第2のキャンバー半径が前記雌連結部および前記雄連結部の外径よりも大きく、
前記連結具が接続部を含み、前記接続部が、
前記雌ねじ山を有する、前記雌連結部と、
前記雄ねじ山を有し、前記雌ねじ山にねじ込まれる、前記雄連結部と
を備え、
前記雌連結部および前記雄連結部が圧縮状態にあるとき、前記一対のフランクのうち一方が接触フランクであり、他方のフランクが非接触フランクであり、
各フランクが直線であり、
各ねじ山形状が、それぞれのキャンバー半径の円弧に垂直な中心線を有し、
各フランクが、それぞれの中心線に対して傾斜したフランク角を有し、
接触フランク角が、非接触フランク角よりも大きい、連結具。 - 各フランクが直線であり、
各フランクが、それぞれの円弧によって、隣接した山頂および/または谷底に接続される、請求項1に記載の連結具。 - 前記第1のキャンバー半径および前記第2のキャンバー半径の円弧に垂直な前記ねじ山形状の中心線が、前記連結具の長手方向軸線に対して、前記少なくとも1つのねじ山の始まりに隣接して鋭角であってほぼ垂直な第1の角度で傾斜し、また前記少なくとも1つのねじ山の終わりに隣接して第2の角度で傾斜し、
前記第2の角度が前記第1の角度よりも小さい、
請求項1または2に記載の連結具。 - 前記第1のキャンバー半径および前記第2のキャンバー半径が前記雌連結部および前記雄連結部の外径の少なくとも5倍である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の連結具。
- 前記ねじ山形状が非対称である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の連結具。
- 前記ねじ山形状が台形である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の連結具。
- 前記少なくとも1つのねじ山のスイープ角が1から10度である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の連結具。
- 前記谷底および前記山頂が同心である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の連結具。
- 前記谷底の円弧長さおよび前記山頂の円弧長さが等しい、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の連結具。
- 前記谷底の円弧長さおよび前記山頂の円弧長さが等しくない、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の連結具。
- 非接触フランク角が45度未満である、請求項1に記載の連結具。
- 各連結具が金属または合金から作られ、
前記雄連結部が、外径部分と、前記雄ねじ山を有する縮径部分と、それら2つの部分を接続する肩部とを有し、
前記肩部が、前記雌連結部の端部と係合されて、金属間シールを形成する、請求項11に記載の連結具。 - 衝撃削孔用のドリルロッドであって、
ロッド本体と、
前記雌ねじ山を有し、前記ロッド本体の第1の端部に溶接された、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の雌連結部と、
前記雄ねじ山を有し、前記ロッド本体の第2の端部に溶接された、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の雄連結部と、を備える、ドリルロッド。 - 前記雌連結部および前記雄連結部の外径が5から20センチメートルであり、
前記第1のキャンバー半径および前記第2のキャンバー半径が1メートル超過である、請求項13に記載のドリルロッド。 - 請求項13または14に記載のドリルロッドを備えるドリルストリング。
