Claims (15)
- 特に道路舗装機である道路建設機械(1)の車載コンピュータ(19)に舗装データセットを読み込むことと、
舗装作業中、読み込まれた前記舗装データセットに基づいて路面を舗装するために、前記道路建設機械(1)の作動部品を制御することと
を含む路面の舗装方法であって、
舗装作業の開始前に、プロファイルメモリ(29)に記憶された前記道路建設機械(1)の特性プロファイルと前記舗装データセットが、演算装置(23)によって比較され、該比較結果に基づいて、前記道路建設機械(1)が路面舗装に適しているかどうかについて評価が行われることを特徴とする路面の舗装方法。 - 前記道路建設機械(1)の前記特性プロファイルと前記舗装データセットとの比較が、ルールメモリ(31)に記憶されたルールに従って、前記演算装置(23)によって行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記道路建設機械(1)の前記特性プロファイルと前記舗装データセットとの比較は、前記舗装データセットから少なくとも1つの比較値を決定することを含み、前記少なくとも1つの比較値は、前記道路建設機械(1)の前記特性プロファイルと比較される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記道路建設機械の前記特性プロファイルと前記舗装データセットとの比較は、シミュレーションによって行われ、該シミュレーションは、好ましくは、前記道路建設機械による、前記舗装データセットに従った路面舗装工程のシミュレーションを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記シミュレーションは、前記道路建設機械のデジタルツインを使用する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記道路建設機械(1)の前記作動部品が、読み込まれた前記舗装データセットに基づいて自動的に制御される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記舗装データセットが、舗装される路面を特徴付ける目標データセットを含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記目標データセットは、測定工程、建設工程、地図データ、ナビゲーションシステムからのデータ、風景画像のうちの少なくとも1つに少なくとも部分的に基づいて作成される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記目標データセットは、舗装される路面の形状と、舗装材料の少なくとも1つの特性と、少なくとも1つの品質要求のうちの少なくとも1つを定義するものである、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 前記舗装データセットが、前記道路建設機械(1)の動作パラメータの設定値を有するパラメータセットを含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記道路舗装機(1)の舗装速度、前記道路舗装機(1)の舗装スクリード(11)のタンパストローク、前記道路舗装機(1)の舗装スクリード(11)のタンパ回転数、振動圧力、振動回転数、押さえ棒の圧力、押さえ棒の周波数、前記道路舗装機(1)の舗装スクリード(11)の温度、前記道路舗装機(1)の舗装スクリード(11)のアタック角、前記道路舗装機(1)の舗装スクリード(11)の拡張幅、混合材料の温度、混合材料の輸送パラメータを含む動作パラメータのうちの1つまたは複数についての設定値を、前記パラメータセットが含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記演算装置(23)及び/または前記プロファイルメモリ(29)が、前記道路建設機械(1)に設けられる、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記演算装置(23)及び/または前記プロファイルメモリ(29)が、前記道路建設機械(1)とは別に設けられる、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記道路建設機械のタイプが示され、記憶された異なるタイプの複数の特性プロファイルから、前記道路建設機械のタイプの指示に基づいて、前記特性プロファイルが選択される、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記道路建設機械(1)が路面舗装に適しているかどうかの評価結果が出力される、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
