Claims (9)
- 車載用保冷庫内を冷却するための冷凍回路と、冷凍回路の圧縮機を駆動するモータと、モータを駆動するバッテリとを備えた冷凍装置に用いられ、バッテリに蓄電する電力を発電する車載用発電装置において、
作動流体を車両のエンジンの冷却水と熱交換して蒸発させる蒸発器と、
エンジンの冷却水を蒸発器に流通させる冷却水流通回路と、
蒸発器によって蒸発した作動流体の膨張により回転する膨張機と、
膨張機の回転によって発電する発電機と、
膨張機から流出した作動流体を外部空気と熱交換して凝縮させる凝縮器と、
凝縮器から流出した作動流体を吸入して蒸発器側に吐出するポンプとを備え、
凝縮器を保冷庫が搭載される車両の車体下面側に配置するとともに、
凝縮器を車体の側面に対して外気流入面が斜め前方を向くように配置した
ことを特徴とする車載用発電装置。 - 前記バッテリの蓄電量が所定の蓄電量以上の場合は圧縮機をモータによって駆動し、バッテリの蓄電量が所定の蓄電量よりも少ない場合は圧縮機をエンジンによって駆動するように構成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車載用発電装置。 - 車両走行中の外部空気を凝縮器に向かって案内する外気案内部を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の車載用発電装置。 - 前記凝縮器に冷却用の液体を噴射する液体噴射手段を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項記載の車載用発電装置。 - 前記凝縮器とポンプとの間に作動流体の逆方向への流通を規制する一方向弁を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項記載の車載用発電装置。 - 前記ポンプと一方向弁との間に作動流体を貯溜する貯溜部を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の車載用発電装置。 - 前記冷却水流通回路を、エンジンから流出する冷却水を蒸発器に流通した後、エンジンのラジエータに流入させるように構成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項記載の車載用発電装置。 - 前記冷却水の温度に基づいてラジエータへの風量を制御する風量制御手段を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項7記載の車載用発電装置。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項記載の車載用発電装置を備えた
ことを特徴とする冷凍車。
