Description

The present invention relates to gas stoves.

Conventionally, a stove has been proposed that emits infrared rays forward in conjunction with necessary operations such as ignition and extinguishing, reflects them to the user in front, and propagates them to a receiver located above to operate a ventilation fan. (See Patent Document 1, for example).

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-147806

In the above-described stove, it is difficult to link the stove with the ventilation fan when the stove is operated in a state where there is no object to be reflected, such as by remote control via a smartphone or the like. In order to solve this problem, for example, there is a method of emitting infrared rays upward from the top plate, but in this method, the infrared light emitting elements are exposed, so not only does the aesthetic appearance deteriorate, but also the stove and grill There was a possibility of malfunction due to the influence of heat from. Moreover, there is a possibility that the light-emitting element may be splashed with broth or the like.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a gas stove that can operate or stop a ventilation fan in conjunction with a predetermined operation even when there is no person in front of it.

The first reflecting surface 914 slopes forward downward from the slope 912A and slopes obliquely upward from the left end side to the right end side. The second reflecting surface 915 is slightly bent forward from the front end of the first reflecting surface 914 and extends forward at a shallower angle than the first reflecting surface 914 .

Reflection paths of infrared rays emitted from the light emitting units 601 and 602 will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 to 7. FIG. As shown in FIG. 6, in the light emitting unit 601, the infrared light emitting element 81 emits infrared rays toward the grille exhaust pipe 31 side. Infrared rays are incident on the first reflecting surface 914 and the second reflecting surface 915 of the reflecting portion 913 of the reflecting member 91 . The first reflecting surface 914 and the second reflecting surface 915 reflect the infrared rays while diffusing them upward and in the front-rear direction. Since the first reflecting surface 914 is inclined more forward than the second reflecting surface 915 , the infrared rays are reflected more forward than the second reflecting surface 915 . The infrared rays reflected by the first reflecting surface 914 and the second reflecting surface 915 pass through a gap P1 (see FIGS. 7) and propagates to the receiver 205 located above the top plate 3 while diffusing in the front-rear direction.

On the other hand, since the light emitting unit 602 also has a symmetrical structure with respect to the light emitting unit 601 , the infrared rays are incident on the reflecting surface of the reflecting portion 923 (see FIG. 4) of the reflecting member 92 . The infrared rays reflected by the reflective surface pass upward through a gap P2 (see FIGS. 3 and 7) formed between the right end of the grille exhaust pipe 31 and the right edge of the exhaust port 7 of the top plate 3. , spreads toward the front side of the stove 1 and obliquely upward while propagating to the receiving section 205 located above the top plate 3 . As a result, the direction of transmission of infrared rays from the light emitting units 601 and 602 is directed toward the receiving section 205, so that the receiving section 205 can more reliably receive the infrared rays transmitted from both the left and right sides.

As described above, the stove 1 of the above embodiment includes the housing 2, the grill chamber 30 provided near the center in the left-right direction of the housing 2 and having the grill exhaust pipe 31 extending upward at the rear, and the exhaust It has a top plate 3 having a mouth 7 at the rear, and light emitting units 601 and 602 that emit infrared rays in conjunction with a predetermined operation. The stove 1 is configured such that the grill exhaust pipe 31 is positioned near the center of the exhaust port 7 with the top plate 3 fixed on the housing 2 . The light-emitting units 601 and 602 are provided on the left wall portion 21 side and the right wall portion 22 side inside the rear portion of the housing 2 so that the direction of emission of infrared rays is directed toward the grille exhaust pipe 31 side. Furthermore, reflecting members 91 and 92 are provided on the side of the grille exhaust pipe 31 in the housing 2 . The reflecting members 91 and 92 reflect the infrared rays emitted from the light emitting units 601 and 602 through the gaps P1 and P2 formed between the left and right side portions of the grille exhaust pipe 31 and the left and right inner edge portions of the exhaust port 7. reflected at least upwards through the As a result, even when there is no person in front of the stove 1, the infrared rays can be reliably propagated to the receiver 205 above the stove 1, and the ventilation fan 202 can be operated. In addition, since the light emitting units 601 and 602 are provided inside the rear part of the housing 2, it is possible to prevent spoiling the appearance and splashing broth or the like. In addition, since the light emitting units 601 and 602 are provided on the left wall portion 21 side and the right wall portion 22 side inside the rear portion of the housing 2, the influence of heat from the grill chamber 30 and the grill exhaust pipe 31 can be reduced. Therefore, failures and malfunctions due to heat of the light emitting units 601 and 602 can be prevented.
