Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a light-emitting therapeutic device for irradiating light of a specific wavelength required for photoimmunotherapy.
Conventionally, various cancer treatment methods have been devised. For example,
In recent years, photoimmunotherapy (also called near-infrared photoimmunotherapy) has attracted attention as a cancer treatment method for selectively destroying tumor cells without damaging normal tissues. Usually, there are immune cells that destroy cancer cells around cancer cells, but the immune cells that surround the cancer cells suppress the action of the immune cells. Therefore, antibodies that recognize specific proteins on the surface of cancer cells and immunosuppressive cells that exist around cancer cells absorb light of a specific wavelength (e.g., near-infrared) to cause a chemical reaction, causing cells to generate heat, etc. This conjugate is administered into the body and attached to cancer cells, and then irradiated with light of a specific wavelength that the photosensitive substance reacts to, causing a chemical change in the photosensitive substance. and destroy cancer cells and immunosuppressive cells.
Since near-infrared photoimmunotherapy as described above requires means for irradiating light, it is conceivable to use the cancer treatment apparatus having a light source such as a laser oscillator described in
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a light-emitting therapeutic device that allows photoimmunotherapy to be administered relatively easily and reduces the burden on patients.
In order to achieve the above object, a light-emitting therapeutic device according to the present invention is a therapeutic device for irradiating light of a specific wavelength required for photoimmunotherapy, and includes a light-transmitting A tube having a light-emitting part, a first lumen, and a second lumen, and a flexible wiring board mounted with a light-emitting body arranged inside the light-emitting part in the second lumen and emitting light of the specific wavelength. According to the above invention, the tube is inserted into the body from the distal end side, and the light-emitting portion provided at the distal end side of the tube is placed in contact with or in close proximity to the affected area to which the photoimmunotherapy photosensitive substance or the like is adhered , and the flexible wiring is provided. A light-emitting body mounted on a substrate is caused to emit light , and the light is emitted to a photosensitive material or the like attached to the affected area, so that the affected area can be treated.
Therefore , according to this light-emitting therapeutic device, photoimmunotherapy can be administered relatively easily, and the burden on the patient can be reduced.
In the light-emitting therapeutic device of the present invention, a stopper is attached to the outer periphery of the tube in the extending direction, and is capable of being locked to a predetermined portion of the body to hold the tube to the predetermined portion of the body. preferably.
According to the above aspect, on the outer periphery of the tube in the extending direction, a stopper is attached that can be locked to a predetermined part of the body and holds the tube against the predetermined part of the body. When a tube is inserted through a nostril to treat esophageal cancer, the tube can be held by locking the stopper around the nostril. This makes it easier to irradiate the affected area with the light from the light emitter.

Preferably, the light emitters are arranged to move outward prior to fluid flow into the balloon.
According to the above aspect, by inflowing the fluid into the balloon, the flexible wiring substrate is expanded, and the plurality of light emitters are configured to move outward more than before the fluid flows into the balloon. Therefore, the light emitter can be brought close to the affected area, and the affected area can be irradiated with light at a short distance.
In the light-emitting therapeutic device of the present invention, it is preferable that the light-emitting body is embedded inside the light-emitting portion with a light-transmitting resin filled in the light-emitting portion of the tube.
According to the above aspect, since the light-emitting body is embedded inside the light-emitting part by the light-transmitting resin filled in the light-emitting part of the tube, the light from the light-emitting body is transmitted, It is possible to irradiate the affected area without any problem, and to prevent the light-emitting body from being displaced or rattling in the light-emitting section, so that the light-emitting body can be held at a predetermined position within the light-emitting section.
In the light-emitting therapeutic device of the present invention, the outer circumference of the light-emitting portion of the tube is provided with a convex portion that can be locked inside the body and that can scatter the light emitted from the light-emitting body. preferably.
According to the above aspect, the outer circumference of the light-emitting portion of the tube is provided with a convex portion that can be retained in the body and that can scatter the light emitted from the light-emitting body. The provided light-emitting part can be positioned and fixed at a predetermined position in the body, making it easier to irradiate a desired affected part with light, and scattering the light from the light-emitting body to irradiate the light over a wide range. can be done.
In the light-emitting therapeutic device of the present invention, the main body further includes a switch for turning on/off a power source for supplying power to the light-emitting body , and a variable resistor for varying the current from the power source. preferably. According to the above aspect, since the switch for turning on/off the power supply and the variable resistor for varying the current from the power supply are further provided, the brightness of the light emitter can be adjusted appropriately.
In the light-emitting therapeutic device of the present invention, the tube is a catheter tube having at least a first lumen and a second lumen, a guide wire can be passed through the first lumen, and the second lumen can be inserted. A first embodiment of a light-emitting therapeutic device according to the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 7. FIG.
This light-emitting therapeutic device is used to treat an affected area by irradiating the affected area with light of a specific wavelength required for photoimmunotherapy (near-infrared photoimmunotherapy). In this embodiment, for example, as shown in FIG. 7, it is assumed that an affected
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a light-emitting therapeutic device 10 (hereinafter also simply referred to as “
The
As shown in FIG. 2, the
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, the length L from the distal end to the proximal end of the
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the outer periphery of the
In addition, as the convex portion, for example, (1) it has a shape that protrudes from the outer periphery of the light emitting portion so as to form a substantially square shape, or (2) the surface facing the tube distal end side is directed from the tube distal end side to the proximal end side. (3) The outer periphery of the light emitting part may be shaped so as to protrude from the outer periphery of the light emitting part so as to form a substantially right-angled triangular shape with a tapered surface that gradually increases in height, and the surface facing the tube base end side is a right-angled surface. It may have a shape that protrudes (to form a wavy curve), and any shape can be used as long as it can be locked in the body and can scatter the light emitted from the light emitter. There may be.
The
Next, the flexible wiring board 30 (hereinafter also simply referred to as "wiring
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4(a), the outer surface of each side portion 33 (meaning the surface opposite to the facing surface of the
In the above description, a method of mounting the light emitter by so-called bare chip mounting using a bare chip is shown. It may be mounted on the
Furthermore, the
Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3,
As described above, the
2, the portion of the
It should be noted that the flexible wiring board does not have a substantially U-shaped bent shape as described above, but may have a simple elongated plate shape, a cylindrically bent shape, or a spirally twisted shape. (Cylindrical and helical shapes will be described in later embodiments). In addition, a balloon that is inflated by the inflow of fluid is arranged between the pair of

That is, as shown in FIG. 4B, wiring patterns such as a
Then, as shown in FIG. 5A, a pair of upper and
Next, as shown in FIG. 5(b), the pair of
Next, the
The
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the
FIG. 6 shows a circuit diagram of the
Further, the
However, in addition to the above-mentioned ear hooks, the fasteners may be earmuffs (over-ear headphone type) earmuffs that are connected with a headband and placed on the sides of both ears. , a clip type (which will be described later in a second embodiment), etc., which can be attached to clothing instead of the patient's body, and is not particularly limited.
Further, a
As shown in FIG. 7, the
The
Next, an example of how to use the
In this embodiment, the case of applying photoimmunotherapy to an
First, a conjugate of an antibody and a photosensitive substance (for example, IR700) is administered into the body by intravenous injection or the like, and this conjugate is allowed to adhere to the affected area 3 (here, esophageal cancer). In this state, for example, under X-ray fluoroscopy, the
In addition, the
In the above state, the
In this light-emitting
When performing photoimmunotherapy for cholangiocarcinoma, colorectal cancer, etc., an endoscope (not shown) is inserted through the patient's mouth or anus, and the tip of the endoscope is placed at a predetermined position in the body (bile duct, colon cancer, etc.). ), the
Further, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the
Furthermore, the
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, the
2, the light-emitting
Furthermore, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the outer periphery of the light-emitting
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the
FIG. 8 shows a second embodiment of a light-emitting therapeutic device according to the present invention. In addition, the same code|symbol is attached|subjected to the substantially same part as the said embodiment, and the description is abbreviate|omitted.
A light-emitting
Therefore, by providing this
FIG. 9 shows a third embodiment of a light-emitting therapeutic device according to the present invention.

That is, as shown in FIG. 9(a), the
In this embodiment, the
FIG. 10 shows a fourth embodiment of the light-emitting therapeutic device according to the present invention.

That is, the flexible wiring board 30C (hereinafter also simply referred to as "
In addition, as in the third embodiment, a balloon that is inflated by the inflow of fluid is arranged inside the spirally twisted wiring board 30C, and the
In this embodiment, the wiring board 30C has a spirally twisted shape, and a plurality of
FIG. 11 shows a fifth embodiment of the light-emitting therapeutic device according to the present invention. In addition, the same code|symbol is attached|subjected to the substantially same part as the said embodiment, and the description is abbreviate|omitted.
The
In order to perform photoimmunotherapy, for example, on bile duct cancer using the

Embodiments may be identified by items described below.
A light-emitting therapeutic device according to one aspect of the present invention is for irradiating light of a specific wavelength required for photoimmunotherapy, and comprises a tube having a light-transmissive light-emitting portion at its tip, A flexible wiring board arranged inside the light-emitting portion of the tube and mounted with a light-emitting body for irradiating light of the specific wavelength; It is characterized by having a body portion having a power source, and a lead wire inserted through the tube, one end of which is connected to the flexible wiring board, and the other end of which is connected to the power source. According to the above invention, the tube is inserted into the body from the distal end side, and the light-emitting portion provided at the distal end side of the tube is placed in contact with or in close proximity to the affected area to which the photosensitive substance for photoimmunotherapy or the like is adhered, and the base of the tube. By placing the end portion and the body portion outside the body and turning on the power source of the body portion, the light-emitting body mounted on the flexible wiring board can be caused to emit light through the lead wire, so that the light is emitted to the affected area. The affected area can be treated by irradiating the photosensitive material or the like attached to the laser beam.
