Description
Claims (8)
- 鉄鋼の硬化板金製品を製造する方法であって、
鉄鋼の板金片(9)を加熱ステーション(3)に配置するステップと、
前記加熱ステーションにおいて前記板金片のパターンにおける選択された領域(11)を誘導加熱するステップであって、コイル(17)が、前記コイルの前側の前面金属層(9、25)に流れる電流を誘導し、前記前面金属層の対向する第1(33)および第2(35)の端部が、前記コイル(17)の後側を通る短絡構造(23)により相互接続され、前記短絡構造が、前記前面金属層よりも抵抗性が低い材料を具える、ステップと、
加熱された前記板金片を押圧ステーション(7)に移動させるステップと、
加熱された前記選択された領域(11)を冷却しながら、前記板金片(9)を押圧することにより、前記パターンに沿って異なる結晶構造を有するトレースを形成するステップと、
を具えることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記前面金属層は、前記板金片(9)を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記前面金属層は、前記板金片(9)の直下に位置する固定加熱層(25)を具え、前記板金片が、前記固定加熱層から分離可能であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、インレイが前記前面金属層の直下に位置し、電磁流量または電流を伝えることにより、前記前面金属層においてその一部分の熱の発生を部分的に低減することを特徴とする方法。
- 鉄鋼の硬化板金製品を製造する装置であって、
鉄鋼の板金片を受け入れるように構成された加熱ステーション(3)であって、前記加熱ステーションが、前記加熱ステーションにおける前記板金片のパターンにおける選択された領域を誘導加熱し、コイル(17)を具え、前記コイルが、前記コイルの前側の前面金属層(9、25)に流れる交流を誘電し、前記前面金属層の対向する第1および第2の端部が、前記コイルの後側を通る短絡構造(23)により相互接続され、前記短絡構造が、前記前面金属層より抵抗性が低い材料を具える、加熱ステーション(3)と、
押圧ステーション(7)と、
加熱された前記板金片を前記加熱ステーションから前記押圧ステーションに移動させるように構成された搬送装置(5)と、を具え、
前記押圧ステーション(7)は、加熱された前記選択された領域を冷却しながら、前記板金片を押圧することにより、前記パターンに沿って異なる結晶構造を有するトレースを形成するように構成されることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項5に記載の装置において、前記前面金属層は、加熱対象の前記板金片(9)により構成されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項5に記載の装置において、前記前面金属層は、前記板金片の直下に位置する固定加熱層(25)を具え、前記板金片は、前記固定加熱層から分離可能であることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項5乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、インレイ(27,29)が前記前面金属層の直下に位置し、電磁流量または電流を伝えることにより、前記前面金属層の一部分において熱の発生を部分的に低減することを特徴とする装置。
