- Pen tip The
- Container The
· Holder The
When the
On the inner surface of the
The
A front end hole is provided at the front end of the small diameter portion of the
The rear outer surface of the front end of the

· Cap The
In addition, the shape of the inner surface of the cap is at least cylindrical in that it is not necessary to consider the orientation of the

When using the water-adhering
The
The
In the

- When using the water-adhering
The
The
In the

The water discoloration body has a porous layer in which a low refractive index pigment is fixed in a dispersed state in a binder resin, and which has different transparency in a liquid-absorbing state and a non-liquid-absorbing state.
The base material of the water discoloration body may be resin, fabric, leather, synthetic leather, or the like. It is preferable to have a configuration in which a foam or the like is accommodated inside.
The porous layer is a layer in which a low refractive index pigment is fixed in a dispersed state together with a binder resin, and forms a writing surface.
Examples of the low refractive index pigment include silicic acid and its salts, barite powder, barium sulfate, barium carbonate, calcium carbonate, gypsum, clay, talc, alumina white, magnesium carbonate, etc., which have a refractive index of 1.4 to It is in the range of 1.8, and exhibits good transparency when the liquid composition is absorbed.
Examples of the silicic acid salt include aluminum silicate, potassium aluminum silicate, sodium aluminum silicate, calcium aluminum silicate, potassium silicate, calcium silicate, sodium calcium silicate, sodium silicate, magnesium silicate, and potassium magnesium silicate.
Although the particle size of the low refractive index pigment is not particularly limited, one having a particle size of 0.03 to 10.0 μm is preferably used.
Also, two or more kinds of the low refractive index pigments can be used in combination.
In addition, silicic acid is mentioned as a low refractive index pigment suitably used.
The silicic acid may be silicic acid produced by a dry method, but silicic acid produced by a wet method (hereinafter referred to as wet silicic acid) is particularly effective and practical.
This point will be explained below.
Silicic acid is produced as amorphous amorphous silicic acid, and depending on the production method, it is produced by a dry process using a gas phase reaction such as thermal decomposition of silicon halide such as silicon tetrachloride (hereinafter referred to as dry process silicic acid). , Wet-process silicic acid is most suitable for functioning as the porous layer intended by the present disclosure. .
This is because dry-process silicic acid and wet-process silicic acid have different structures. In dry-process silicic acid, silicic acid forms a three-dimensional structure in which silicic acid is tightly bound. It has a so-called two-dimensional structural portion that forms an array.
Therefore, since the molecular structure is coarser than that of the dry-process silicic acid, when the wet-process silicic acid is applied to the porous layer, the diffuse reflection of light in a dry state is superior to the system using the dry-process silicic acid. Therefore, it is inferred that the concealability in the normal state is increased.
In addition, since the porous layer of the present disclosure absorbs water, wet-process silicic acid has more hydroxyl groups present as silanol groups on the particle surface than dry-process silicic acid, and has a high degree of hydrophilicity. and is preferably used.
In addition, other general-purpose low refractive index pigments may be used in combination with the wet-process silicic acid in order to adjust the hiding power of the porous layer in the normal state and the transparency in the liquid-absorbing state.
The wet-process silicic acid in the porous layer depends on properties such as particle size, specific surface area, and oil absorption. Preferably the amount is between 1 g/m 2 and 30 g/m 2 , more preferably between 5 g/m 2 and 20 g/m 2 . If it is less than 1 g/m 2 , it is difficult to obtain sufficient hiding power under normal conditions, and if it exceeds 30 g/m 2 , it is difficult to obtain sufficient transparency when absorbing liquid.
Although the particle size of the silicic acid is not particularly limited, one having a particle size of 0.03 to 10.0 μm is preferably used.
The silicic acid is dispersed in a vehicle containing a binder resin as a binder, applied to a substrate, and then dried to remove volatiles to form a porous layer.
Examples of the binder resin include urethane resins, nylon resins, vinyl acetate resins, acrylic acid ester resins, acrylic acid ester copolymer resins, acrylic polyol resins, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resins, maleic acid resins, polyester resins, and styrene. resins, styrene copolymer resins, polyethylene resins, polycarbonate resins, epoxy resins, styrene-butadiene copolymer resins, acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer resins, methyl methacrylate-butadiene copolymer resins, butadiene resins, chloroprene resins, melamine resins, and the above Resin emulsions, casein, starch, cellulose derivatives, polyvinyl alcohol, urea resins, phenol resins and the like can be used.
The mixing ratio of the silicic acid and these binder resins depends on the type and properties of the silicic acid, but is preferably 0.5 to 2 parts by weight of the solid content of the binder resin per 1 part by weight of silicic acid, more preferably , 0.8 to 1.5 parts by weight. If the binder resin solid content is less than 0.5 parts by weight with respect to 1 part by weight of silicic acid, it is difficult to obtain a practical film strength of the porous layer, and if it exceeds 2 parts by weight, The permeability of water into the inside of the porous layer is deteriorated.
Since the porous layer has a smaller mixing ratio of the binder resin to the colorant than conventionally known general coating films, it is difficult to obtain sufficient film strength. Therefore, among the above binder resins, it is effective to use a nylon resin or a urethane resin in order to increase the abrasion resistance.
Examples of the urethane-based resin include polyester-based urethane resin, polycarbonate-based urethane resin, polyether-based urethane resin, and the like, and two or more of them can be used in combination. Further, urethane-based emulsion resins in which the above resins are emulsified and dispersed in water, and colloids dissolved or dispersed in water by self-emulsification without the need for emulsifiers due to the ionic groups of urethane resins (urethane ionomers) themselves having ionic properties. A dispersion type (ionomer type) urethane resin can also be used.
The urethane-based resin can be either an aqueous urethane-based resin or an oil-based urethane-based resin. used for
The urethane-based resin can be used alone, but other binder resins can also be used in combination depending on the type of support and the performance required for the film. When a binder resin other than a urethane-based resin is used in combination, it is preferable that the binder resin of the porous layer contains 30% or more of the urethane-based resin in solid content weight ratio in order to obtain a practical film strength.
In the above binder resin, the film strength can be further improved by adding an arbitrary cross-linking agent to the cross-linkable binder resin for cross-linking.
The binder resins have different affinities with water, and by combining them, it is possible to adjust the permeation time into the porous layer, the degree of permeation, and the speed of drying after permeation. Furthermore, the adjustment can be controlled by adding a dispersant or a surfactant as appropriate.

It is possible to diversify the color change by adding a metallic luster pigment, or by mixing general dyes, pigments, fluorescent dyes, and fluorescent pigments.
In addition, conventionally known reversible thermochromic pigments that reversibly change color with temperature change can be mixed to change the color depending on the environmental temperature or the temperature of the water to be applied.
Furthermore, a colored layer can be arranged on the upper layer, the lower layer, and/or the vicinity of the porous layer to further diversify the appearance change.
The porous layer and the colored layer are not limited to solid printing, and may be images (colored images) such as letters, symbols, and designs.
The porous layer and the colored layer can be formed by conventionally known means such as screen printing, offset printing, gravure printing, coater, tampo printing, printing means such as transfer, brush coating, spray coating, electrostatic coating, and electrodeposition coating. , flow coating, roller coating, dip coating, or the like.
In particular, when forming a colored image on the porous layer, it is an element as a learning material that can be traced and time can be entered by forming hiragana, alphabet, etc. with cutout characters, or by forming an external image of a clock. can be given in addition to the decorative effect, making it more useful.
A waterproof layer made of a non-permeable film or an adhesive may be interposed under the porous layer. This makes it possible to prevent liquid from penetrating into the lower layer of the porous layer. The waterproof layer is not limited to a transparent one, and a colored one can also be used.
Furthermore, by forming the waterproof layer from a hard material, it can function as an underlay for the writing surface (porous layer), so even if the base material is made of a soft material, it has an appropriate degree of hardness. A smooth writing surface is obtained, and it becomes possible to form firm handwriting.
