Claims (1)
- 第1金属部品と前記第1金属部品に隣接する第2金属部品とを備えるエンジン部品の腐食抑制方法であって、
前記エンジン部品は、燃料を噴射するインジェクタであり、前記インジェクタは、前記第1金属部品として燃料が噴射される噴孔を有するノズルボディと、前記第2金属部品として前記ノズルボディの外側に配置された筒状の部材であるスリーブと、を備え、
前記ノズルボディを構成する金属素材の主成分及び前記スリーブを構成する金属素材の主成分よりもイオン化傾向の大きい金属素材である特定金属素材を含む塗料を、前記ノズルボディと前記スリーブとのそれぞれに塗布して、塗布したそれぞれの前記塗料を乾燥させて硬化させてから、前記ノズルボディに前記スリーブを組み付けて、硬化させた前記塗料を前記ノズルボディに前記スリーブを組み付けたときに形成される前記ノズルボディと前記スリーブとの間の隙間に充填した状態にするエンジン部品の腐食抑制方法。
