Description
図1は、第1実施形態に係る車両の制御装置1を含む車両Vの一例の機能ブロック図である。図1に示されるように、車両の制御装置1は、乗用車などの車両Vに搭載される。車両Vは、外界センサ3、内界センサ5及びアクチュエータ9を備える。
次に、第2実施形態について説明する。第2実施形態においては、上記第1実施形態と異なる点を説明し、重複する説明は省略する。
以上、種々の例示的実施形態について説明してきたが、上述した例示的実施形態に限定されることなく、様々な省略、置換、及び変更がなされてもよい。
Claims (1)
- 人が乗車可能な自動運転車両である車両の周辺環境及び走行状態に基づいて、前記車両の操舵制御を行う操舵制御部を備え、
前記操舵制御部は、
前記車両の前方の進行方向左側に存在する1又は複数の障害物のうち横方向の位置が前記車両に最も近い第1障害物と、前記車両の前方の進行方向右側に存在する1又は複数の障害物のうち横方向の位置が前記車両に最も近い第2障害物と、の間を通過させる操舵制御を行い、
前記第1障害物及び前記第2障害物よりも前記車両に近い、前記第1障害物及び前記第2障害物とは別の障害物であって横方向の位置が前記第1障害物及び前記第2障害物よりも離れた第3障害物が存在する場合には、前記第1障害物と前記第2障害物との間を通過させる操舵制御を行うとともに、前記進行方向左側及び前記進行方向右側のうち前記第3障害物が存在する一方側への操舵制御を抑制し、
前記操舵制御部は、
前記車両に乗員が不在で且つ前記第3障害物に生物が含まれるか否かを判定した結果、前記車両に乗員が存在する場合又は前記第3障害物に生物が含む場合には、前記第1障害物と前記第2障害物との間を通過させる操舵制御を行うとともに、前記進行方向左側及び前記進行方向右側のうち前記第3障害物が存在する一方側への操舵制御を抑制し、
前記車両に乗員が不在で且つ前記第3障害物に生物が含まれるか否かを判定した結果、前記車両に乗員が不在で且つ前記第3障害物に生物が含まれない場合には、前記第1障害物と前記第2障害物との間を通過させる操舵制御を行うとともに、前記進行方向左側及び前記進行方向右側のうち前記第3障害物が存在する一方側への操舵制御を抑制しない、車両の制御装置。
