Claims (2)
- 絶縁性の支持基板と、
前記支持基板の面上に、隣り合うとともに互いに離れて位置し、それぞれ少なくとも第1電極、固体電解質、および第2電極が積層されている第1素子部および第2素子部と、
前記第1素子部と前記第2素子部との間に位置し、前記第1素子部の前記第1電極と前記第2素子部の前記第2電極とを電気的に接続する電気的接続部材を有する電気的接続部と、を備え、
前記第1素子部及び前記第2素子部の前記固体電解質はいずれも、前記第2電極に覆われない第一部を備え、
該第一部は、前記電気的接続部材にて覆われた第二部を有し、
該第二部は、積層方向と直交する方向における終端部を含み、
少なくとも前記第1素子部または前記第2素子部のうちいずれかから延びる前記終端部は、前記電気的接続部材に向けて、または積層方向と直交する方向に向けて突出する突出部を有するセル。 - 絶縁性の支持基板と、
前記支持基板の面上に、隣り合うとともに互いに離れて位置し、それぞれ少なくとも第1電極、固体電解質、および第2電極が積層されている第1素子部および第2素子部と、
前記第1素子部と前記第2素子部との間に位置し、前記第1素子部の前記第1電極と前記第2素子部の前記第2電極とを電気的に接続する電気的接続部材を有する電気的接続部と、を備え、
前記第1素子部及び前記第2素子部の前記固体電解質はいずれも、前記第2電極に覆われない第一部を備え、
該第一部は、前記電気的接続部材にて覆われた第二部を有し、
該第二部は、積層方向と直交する方向における終端部を含み、
前記終端部以外の前記第二部の上表面の算術平均粗さの値より、前記終端部における前記電気的接続部材と接する表面の算術平均粗さの値が高いセル。
