Claims (6)
- 農業用トラクターおよび/またはオフロード車両用の厚さが可変のディスクホイール(200)であって、
厚さTを有する車軸取り付け領域(201)と、
ホイールウェイト取り付け領域(203)に接続する車軸取り付け半径領域(202)と、
前記車軸取り付け領域(201)の厚さTと同じ厚さT3を有する接続ブラケット取り付け領域(204)と、を含み、
前記ディスクホイールの前記厚さは、前記車軸取り付け領域(201)のボルト穴の破損を防止するために、前記車軸取り付け領域(201)での最大厚さTと、前記接続ブラケット取り付け領域(204)でのT3とを含み、
前記車軸取り付け領域(201)からの前記厚さTは、前記接続ブラケット取り付け領域(204)側の前記ホイールウェイト取り付け領域(203)の端部まで徐々に減少し、前記接続ブラケット取り付け領域(204)の厚さT3と一致し、
前記ホイールウェイト取り付け領域(203)の厚さT2は、前記車軸取り付け半径領域(202)の厚さT1より小さく、前記車軸取り付け半径領域(202)の厚さT1は、前記車軸取り付け領域(201)の厚さTより小さい、ことを特徴とするディスクホイール(200)。 - 前記車軸取り付け半径領域(202)の前記厚さT1は、0.65T~0.9Tの範囲にある、請求項1に記載のディスクホイール(200)。
- 前記ホイールウェイト取り付け領域(203)の前記厚さT2は、0.4T~0.5Tの範囲にある、請求項1に記載のディスクホイール(200)。
- 前記車軸取り付け領域(201)の引張強度は300~800MPaであり、前記車軸取り付け半径領域(202)と前記ホイールウェイト取り付け領域(203)との間の領域の前記引張強度は、50MPaから400MPaまで増加する、請求項1に記載のディスクホイール(200)。
- 前記ディスクホイールは、フロー形成プロセスによって形成され、それにより、前記車軸取り付け領域(201)の厚さTおよび前記接続ブラケット取り付け領域(204)の厚さT3に影響を与えることなく、ディスクプロファイルにわたって厚さの可変を提供する、請求項1に記載のディスクホイール(200)。
- 円形マンドレル(407)に穴のあるまたはない正方形ブランクを回転させる工程と、前記正方形ブランク(408)においてフロー形成プロセスを使用してディスクを形成する工程と、車軸取り付け領域および接続ブラケット取り付け領域(409)が同じ厚さであり、前記車軸取り付け領域(201)から前記接続ブラケット取り付け領域(204)側のホイールウェイト取り付け領域(203)の端部まで前記ディスクの厚さを徐々に減少させる工程と、形成された前記ディスク(410)の端部を突き刺し、切り取る工程と、を含むフロー形成プロセス(402)を使用してディスクホイール(200)を形成する方法。
