Description
This case relates to a bag for packaging goods.
As packaging materials, sheet-like cushioning materials such as air cushions provided with a plurality of air chambers, foam cushions, single-faced corrugated cardboards, etc., which are deformable in the thickness direction, are used. An article packed with such a cushioning material is sometimes placed in a packaging bag during transportation or storage.
Therefore, packaging bags having cushioning materials have been developed. For example, a packaging bag has been proposed in which edges of a pair of sheets provided with a plurality of air chambers are sealed (see Patent Document 1).
However, when the cushioning material that deforms in the thickness direction as described above is provided in the packaging bag, the packaging bag becomes bulky due to the thickness of the cushioning material even before the article is placed in the packaging bag, that is, even in the unused packaging bag. There is a problem.
The packaging bag of this case was invented in view of the above problems, and one of the purposes is to suppress the bulkiness when not in use. In addition to this purpose, it is also possible to achieve actions and effects that are derived from each configuration shown in the "Mode for Carrying Out the Invention" described later and that cannot be obtained with conventional techniques. It can be positioned as another purpose.
(1) The packaging bag disclosed here has a first surface portion having a first edge portion arranged on one side of the opening and a second edge portion arranged on the other side of the opening, A second surface portion facing the first surface portion is provided. Further, a stretchable sheet-like cushioning portion suspended between the first end edge portion and the second end edge portion and provided with a plurality of notches extending in a direction intersecting the suspension direction in a zigzag pattern The ratio of the basis weight of the sheet material forming the buffer portion to the basis weight of the sheet material forming the first surface portion and the second surface portion is 55 to 80%.
(2) It is preferable that the cushioning portion is provided in a state of being extended so as not to be in contact with the bottom portion.
(3) It is preferable that the cushioning portion has a sticking end portion that is stuck to the inner surface of the first edge portion or the second edge portion.
(4) It is preferable that the first surface portion, the second surface portion, and the buffer portion are made of the same material.
(5) It is preferable that the cushioning portion is suspended between the first edge portion and the second edge portion while being folded in two.
According to the packaging bag of this case, when an article is put into the packaging bag, the sheet-like cushioning part expands, and three-dimensional cushioning cells corresponding to the notches appear. can have. In addition, since the cushioning portion is in the form of a sheet, the packaging bag is bulky when not in use, compared to packaging bags that use cushioning materials such as air cushions and foaming cushions that are provided with deformation margins for cushioning. is suppressed.
Furthermore, in the packaging bag of this case, the ratio of the basis weight of the sheet material forming the buffer portion to the basis weight of the sheet material forming the first surface portion and the second surface portion is 55 to 80%, so that the packaging bag does not fall. It is excellent in shock absorption at the time of collision or collision.

The basis weight of the sheet material forming the
The cushioning

Also, the cushioning

Here, the orientation of one line in which the

The sheet piece on one side (the upper side in FIG. 3) of the suspension direction with respect to the

In addition, the other sheet piece in the suspension direction with respect to the

Next, with reference to FIGS. 4, 5 and 6, the
As shown in FIG. 4, the
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, a
In addition, in a state in which the
Further, as shown in FIG. 4 , the stretched
Specifically, the
Furthermore, it is preferable to set 'M 2 ' as large as possible after satisfying inequality 2 so as to approach 'M 1 '.
Conversely, as shown in FIG. 2, the
Next, with reference to FIG. 4, a setting example of the dimensions of the

The left side of this approximate expression 3 represents the vertical dimension of the
On the other hand, (L 1 -L 2 ) of the right side of approximate expression 3 is the suspension direction dimension per
Further, since the number of

Therefore, it corresponds to each term in approximate expression 3, such as the widthwise dimensions L 1 and L 2 of the

[3. Action and effect]
Since the packaging bag of this embodiment is configured as described above, it is possible to obtain the following actions and effects.
(1) By placing the
In addition, since the
In addition, when a cushioning material is provided separately from the main bag in a conventional packaging bag, it is necessary to attach the entire cushioning material to the main bag in order to fix the cushioning material to the main bag. On the other hand, since the
Moreover, since the
(2) Since the
(3) The sticking
In addition, the attachment ends 21 and 22 are attached to the
(4) Since the
(5) Since the

[4. others]
Finally, another modified example of this embodiment will be described.
For example, the notched portion and the non-notched portion are not limited to extending in the width direction, as long as they extend at least in a direction intersecting the suspension direction. Such an orientation allows the buffer to stretch in the direction of suspension.
In addition, the main bag is not limited to the envelope type without gussets provided with
When a bag without flaps is used for the main bag, even if the cushioning portion is mountain-folded between the sticking end portion and the main body portion and the sticking end portion is stuck to the outer surface of the
