Description
The present invention relates to fire doors.
Conventionally, techniques have been proposed for enhancing the fireproof performance of doors provided at openings of buildings. In such a technique, there are metal surface materials that form the outdoor side surface and the indoor side surface of the door, aggregates provided between the metal surface materials, and heat foaming provided on the inner surface of the metal surface materials. A heat shield door including a sheet is disclosed (see, for example, Patent Literature 1). Moreover, the door and the frame are provided so that a gap is generated between the door and the frame when the opening of the building is fully closed by the door.
Here, in the conventional fire door, as described above, the door and frame are provided so that a gap is formed between the door and the frame in the fully closed state. For example, when a fire breaks out on one side of the fire door, the flame of the fire may enter the other side of the fire door through the gap and spread. There is room for improvement from the viewpoint of increasing

The fire door according to
According to the fire door according to
In addition, since one or more first protrusions and one or more second protrusions are arranged at positions on one side and positions on the other side of the gap direction relative to the airtight means, for example, the first protrusions, the second protrusions, The airtight means can be surrounded by the frame and the opening/closing body, and when a fire breaks out around the fire door in the fully closed state, the flame generated from the airtight means can be suppressed from escaping to the outside of the gap.
Further, since the side wall portion of the first recess is formed as either the first protrusion or the second protrusion, the side wall portion of the first recess is formed as either the first protrusion or the second protrusion. Therefore, the number of parts of the fire door can be reduced compared to the case where the first recess and either the first projection or the second projection are separately provided.
Further, since the side wall portion of the second recess is formed as the other of the first protrusion and the second protrusion, the side wall portion of the second recess is formed as the other of the first protrusion and the second protrusion. Therefore, the number of parts of the fire door can be reduced compared to the case where the second recess and the other of the first projecting portion and the second projecting portion are separately provided.
According to the fire door according to claim 3, since the fire door includes a double-opening hinged door or a door with a child door, from one side of the prospective direction of the double-opening hinged door or the door with a child door Fire can be suppressed from spreading toward the side, and the fireproof performance of the double-opening hinged door or the door with the child door can be enhanced.
According to the fire door of claim 4, the thermal expansion fireproof member is arranged at the position on one side or the other side of the airtight means in the gap direction, so that the gap can be closed by the thermal expansion fireproof member in the event of a fire. As compared with the case where the thermal expansion fireproof member is not provided, it is possible to suppress the flame generated from the airtight means from escaping to the outside of the gap.
According to the fire door of claim 5, since the thermally expandable fireproof members are arranged at positions on one side and the other side of the gap direction from the airtight means with the second gap from the airtight means, the thermal expansion Compared to the case where the fireproof member is provided only on one side of the gap in the direction of the gap relative to the airtight member, the airtight member is more likely to burn until the airtight member is carbonized in the gap closed by the thermal expansion fireproof member that expands during a fire. . Moreover, compared with the case where the thermal expansion fireproof member is provided in close contact with the airtight means, the airtight means can be easily burned in the gap. From the above, it becomes easier to suppress the spread of the fire.
According to the fire door according to claim 6, since the width of the first interval is made shorter than the width of the gap, the fire door can be expected more efficiently than when the width of the first interval is longer than the width of the gap. Since it becomes difficult for the flames of the fire to flow from one side to the other side of the direction, it becomes easier to suppress the spread of the fire.

(Structure - Fire spread suppression structure - First fire spread suppression structure)
Returning to FIG. 2, first, the first fire spread suppression structure will be described. In the first fire spread suppression structure, when a fire breaks out in either the outdoor side or the indoor side of the room, the fire spreads from either the outdoor side or the indoor side of the room to the other through the first gap G1. It has a structure to suppress the spread of fire. In addition, the first fire spread suppression structure includes a door bottom side first fire spread suppression structure located on the door bottom side, a door tip side first fire spread suppression structure located on the door tip side, and an upper side first fire spread suppression structure located on the upper side. and a fall-side first fire spread suppression structure located on the fall side. In addition, in the embodiment, the door bottom side first fire spread suppression structure (see FIG. 4), the door end side first fire spread suppression structure (see FIG. 5), the upper side first fire spread suppression structure, and the collapse side first fire spread suppression structure Since each configuration of the structures is substantially the same, only the configuration of the door tail side first fire spread suppression structure will be described below. The features of the door bottom side first fire spread suppression structure in the embodiment are as follows.
(Structure-Fire spread suppression structure-First fire spread suppression structure-First feature)
First, as to the first feature of the door bottom side first fire spread suppression structure, as shown in FIGS. It is
The first
Although the specific size of the first outer protruding
Further, although the specific size of the second outer protruding
Although the method of installing the first outer projecting
Here, the "first gap direction" means a direction from either the inlet-side end or the outlet-side end of the first gap G1 toward the other. This corresponds to the direction from the outdoor-side end of the room to the indoor-side end of the room of the first gap G1, and the opposite direction. More specifically, when the shape of the first gap G1 is a complicatedly bent shape as shown in FIG. The first gap direction of the portion of the first gap G1 that extends along the vertical direction is the vertical direction (the same applies to the second gap direction, which will be described later).
Due to such a first feature, the first
(Structure-Fire spread suppression structure-First fire spread suppression structure-Second feature)
Returning to FIG. 2, next, regarding the second feature of the first fire spread suppression structure on the door trailing side, the first outer protruding
Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, one first
In this case, the width of the first outer space OS1 is arbitrary. The width of the first outer space OS1 with the outer projecting
Further, the width of the gap OS2 (hereinafter referred to as “second outer space OS2”) between the first overlapping portion D1 of the frame 10 and the first

(Structure-Fire spread suppression structure-First fire spread suppression structure-Fourth feature)
Returning to FIG. 2, as to the fourth feature of the first fire spread suppression structure on the door trailing side, as shown in FIGS. It is

The method of installing the first thermal
In this case, the width of the third outer space OS3 is arbitrary, but in the embodiment, it is set longer than the width W1 of the first gap G1. The expansive
Due to such a fourth feature, the first gap G1 can be closed by the first thermal expansion fire-
(Configuration - fire spread suppression structure - second fire spread suppression structure)
Returning to FIG. 2, next, the second fire spread suppression structure will be described. In the second fire spread suppression structure, when a fire breaks out in either the outdoor side or the indoor side of the room, the fire spreads from either the outdoor side or the indoor side of the room to the other through the second gap G2. It has a structure to suppress the spread of fire. In addition, the second fire spread suppression structure includes a door bottom side second fire spread suppression structure located on the door bottom side, a door tip side second fire spread suppression structure located on the door tip side, and an upper side second fire spread suppression structure located on the upper side. and a fall-side second fire spread suppression structure located on the fall side.
The first
The specific size of the first inner protruding
Further, although the specific size of the second inner protruding
The method of installing the first
Due to such a first feature, the first
(Structure-Fire spread suppression structure-Second fire spread suppression structure-Second feature)
Returning to FIG. 2, next, regarding the second feature of the second fire spread suppression structure on the door trailing side, the first inner protruding
Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, one first
In this case, the width of the first inner space IS1 is arbitrary, but in the embodiment, the first inner protruding
Further, the width of the gap IS2 (hereinafter referred to as "second inner gap IS2") between the second overlapping portion D2 of the frame 10 and the first

(Structure-Fire spread suppression structure-Second fire spread suppression structure-Fourth feature)
Returning to FIG. 2, as for the fourth feature of the second fire spread suppression structure on the door trailing side, as shown in FIGS. It is
When a fire occurs around the
The method of installing the second thermal
Due to such a fourth feature, the second gap G2 can be closed by the second thermal
(Action of fire doors)
The operation of the
For example, when a fire breaks out on the indoor side of a room in a fully closed state, if part of the flames of the fire tries to flow into the outdoor side of the room through the first gap G1, the door trailing side first fire spread suppression The chamber of the flame room is Inflow to the outside is blocked. Furthermore, even if flames are generated from the outer vertical side
Further, when the above-mentioned fire breaks out, if another part of the flame of the fire tries to flow into the outdoor side of the room through the second gap G2, the second fire spread suppression structure on the door end side and the second fire spread suppression structure on the door end side The first inner protruding
(Effect of Embodiment)
As described above, according to the embodiment, the fireproof first outer projecting
Also, the fire-resistant first inner projecting
In addition, since the

In addition, since the thermal expansion fire-resistant member (the first thermal expansion fire-
In addition, since the thermal expansion fireproof member is arranged at the position on one side and the other side of the gap direction from the airtight means with the second gap from the airtight means, the thermal expansion fireproof member is positioned closer to the gap than the airtight means in the gap. Compared to the case where the airtight means is provided only on one side of the direction, it becomes easier to burn the airtight means until it is carbonized in the gap closed by the thermal expansion fireproof member that expands during a fire. Moreover, compared with the case where the thermal expansion fireproof member is provided in close contact with the airtight means, the airtight means can be easily burned in the gap. From the above, it becomes easier to suppress the spread of the fire.
In addition, since the width of the first space (the first outer space OS1 or the first inner space IS1) is made shorter than the width of the gap, the fire prevention performance is improved compared to the case where the width of the first space is longer than the width of the gap. Since it becomes difficult for flames of a fire to flow from one side of the
In addition, since the width of the third space (the second outer space OS2 or the second inner space IS2) is made shorter than the width of the gap, the fire prevention effect is improved compared to the case where the width of the third space is longer than the width of the gap. Since it becomes difficult for flames of a fire to flow from one side of the

(Effect of Supplementary Note)
According to the fire door described in
According to the fire door described in
According to the fire door described in Supplementary Note 3, the fire door includes a double-opening hinged door or a door with a child door. It is possible to suppress the spread of fire toward the , and improve the fireproof performance of the double-opening hinged door or the door with the child door.
According to the fire door described in appendix 4, one or more of the first projecting portion and the second projecting portion are arranged at positions on one side and on the other side of the airtight means in the gap direction. The airtight means can be surrounded by the first projecting part, the second projecting part, the frame, and the opening/closing body, and when a fire breaks out around the fire door in the fully closed state, the flame generated from the airtight means spreads out of the gap. You can prevent it from going outside.
According to the fire door described in Supplementary Note 5, the side wall portion of the first recess is formed as either the first protrusion or the second protrusion. It can be formed as either one of the two protrusions, and the number of parts of the fire door can be reduced compared to the case where the first recess and either the first protrusion or the second protrusion are separately provided.
According to the fire door described in appendix 6, since the side wall portion of the second recess is formed as the other of the first protrusion or the second protrusion, the side wall portion of the second recess is formed as the first protrusion or the second protrusion. It can be formed as the other of the two protrusions, and the number of parts of the fire door can be reduced compared to the case where the second recess and the other of the first protrusion and the second protrusion are separately provided.
According to the fire door described in
According to the fire door described in appendix 8, the thermal expansion fireproof member is arranged at the position on one side and the other side of the airtight means in the gap direction with the second gap from the airtight means. Compared to the case where the member is provided only on one side in the gap direction from the airtight means in the gap, it becomes easier to burn the airtight means until it is carbonized in the gap closed by the thermal expansion fireproof member expanded during a fire. Moreover, compared with the case where the thermal expansion fireproof member is provided in close contact with the airtight means, the airtight means can be easily burned in the gap. From the above, it becomes easier to suppress the spread of the fire.
According to the fire door described in Supplementary Note 9, the width of the first interval is made shorter than the width of the gap. Since it becomes difficult for the flames of a fire to flow from one side to the other side, it becomes easier to suppress the spread of the fire.
According to the fire door described in Supplementary Note 10, the width of the third interval is made shorter than the width of the gap. Since it becomes difficult for the flames of a fire to flow from one side to the other side, it becomes easier to suppress the spread of the fire.
