Description

Claims (18)
- 環境を加熱するために適した複合パネルであって、
環境に接しており3D織物構造物を含む表面シートと、
前記環境とは反対側の前記表面シートの面に配置された第1のコア層と、を含み、前記3D織物構造物が、
前記表面シートの厚さを示す第1の方向に延びる少なくとも1本のz繊維と、
第2の方向に延びる横糸繊維をそれぞれ含む複数の横糸層と、
前記複数の横糸層の間に配置された、第3の方向に延びる縦糸繊維を含む縦糸層と、を含み、
前記少なくとも1本のz繊維が、前記第1の方向で前記複数の横糸層に沿って前記3D織物構造物の全範囲にわたって延びており、
前記少なくとも1本のz繊維が、スチールナノチューブまたはカーボンナノチューブから形成されたナノ構造物を含む、複合パネル。 - 前記第1のコア層がアルミニウムから形成された高密度ハニカムコアを含む、請求項1に記載のパネル。
- 前記表面シートとは反対側の前記第1のコア層の面に設けられた第2のコア層をさらに含む、請求項2に記載のパネル。
- 前記第2のコア層がポリマー発泡体またはポリマーハニカムを含む、請求項3に記載のパネル。
- 前記少なくとも1本のz繊維が、ガラス、アラミド、または金属材料から形成される、請求項1に記載のパネル。
- 前記少なくとも1本のz繊維が複数のz繊維を含む、請求項1に記載のパネル。
- 前記横糸繊維が、ガラス、アラミド、または金属材料から形成される、請求項1に記載のパネル。
- 前記縦糸繊維が、ガラス、アラミド、または金属材料から形成される、請求項1に記載のパネル。
- 前記表面シートが、熱硬化性材料または熱可塑性材料から形成されたマトリックスをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のパネル。
- 前記z繊維が前記マトリックスよりも高い熱伝導率を有する、請求項9に記載のパネル。
- 前記第1、第2、及び第3の方向が互いに直交する、請求項1に記載のパネル。
- 前記第1のコア層に接する第1の補強層と、前記第2のコア層に接する第2の補強層とをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のパネル。
- 前記環境が航空機の客室である、請求項1に記載のパネル。

3D織物構造物を含む表面シートを環境と通じるように配置することと、
前記環境とは反対側の前記表面シートの面に第1のコア層を配置することと、を含み、前記3D織物構造物が、
前記表面シートの厚さを示す第1の方向に延びる少なくとも1本のz繊維と、
第2の方向に延びる横糸繊維をそれぞれ含む複数の横糸層と、
前記複数の横糸層の間に配置された、第3の方向に延びる縦糸繊維を含む縦糸層と、を含み、
前記少なくとも1本のz繊維が、前記第1の方向で前記複数の横糸層に沿って前記3D織物構造物の全範囲にわたって延びており、
前記少なくとも1本のz繊維が、スチールナノチューブまたはカーボンナノチューブから形成されたナノ構造物を含む、方法。 - 前記第1のコア層がアルミニウムから形成された高密度ハニカムコアを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1本のz繊維が、ガラス、アラミド、または金属材料から形成される、請求項14に記載の方法。
