前記ストラット(8)は前記遠位部(4)の遠位端において内側に曲がり、前記遠位部(4)は少なくとも部分的に膜(7)で覆われていることを特徴とする、

11. 前記装置(1)の少なくとも一部の前記外面に亘って前記装置(1)の長手方向に延びるスリットを特徴とする、実施形態1~10のいずれかに記載の装置。
12. 前記スリットが、前記装置(1)の縦軸に平行に伸びることを特徴とする、実施形態11に記載の装置。
13. 前記スリットが、前記外面に亘って螺旋状に伸びることを特徴とする、実施形態11に記載の装置。
14. 前記装置(1)の少なくとも一部の領域が、放射線不透過性マーカーを備えることを特徴とする、実施形態1~13のいずれかに記載の装置。
15. 前記中間部(3)と前記遠位部(4)との間に狭窄部を作製すること、および、前記ストラット(8)に前記遠位部(4)の遠位端において丸みをつけることが、熱処理によって行われることを特徴とする、実施形態1~14のいずれかに記載の装置。

前記装置(1)は、血管内で一時的に解放される拡張状態でおよびマイクロカテーテルを介して血管に導入され血管から除去される圧縮状態で提供され、
前記装置(1)は、近位部(2)、中間部(3)および遠位部(4)を有し、前記中間部(3)は円筒型の構造を有し、前記近位部(2)は挿入補助具(5)に接続され、
前記遠位部(4)は円筒型の基本構造を有し少なくとも部分的に膜(7)で覆われ、前記中間部(3)と前記遠位部(4)との間に狭窄部(6)が配置され、前記膜は漏斗形状を有し、該漏斗の細い端部は狭窄部を指し、広い端部は遠位方向を指すことを特徴とする、
装置。 - 少なくとも前記中間部(3)の外面は、多数のオープンセル(9)からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
