Description
本発明の実施の形態について、図面を参照して説明する。なお、以下に説明する実施の形態は、本発明を実施する上での好適な具体例として示すものであり、技術的に好ましい種々の技術的事項を具体的に例示している部分もあるが、本発明の技術的範囲は、この具体的態様に限定されるものではない。
以上説明した実施の形態によれば、前輪11,12を転舵して回避対象との衝突を回避する緊急回避時の回頭性を高めることが可能となる。そして、回避対象との衝突を回避しやすくなり、安全性が向上する。
以上、本発明を実施の形態に基づいて説明したが、これらの実施の形態は特許請求の範囲に係る発明を限定するものではない。また、実施の形態の中で説明した特徴の組合せの全てが発明の課題を解決するための手段に必須であるとは限らない点に留意すべきである。

Claims (2)
- 前輪の駆動力と後輪の駆動力との比である前後輪駆動力比を調節可能な駆動系を有する4輪駆動車に搭載され、前記駆動系を制御する4輪駆動車の制御装置であって、
進行方向前方の回避対象との衝突を回避する緊急回避が必要であることが検知されたとき、前記回避対象との衝突を回避するために好適であると判定された前記前輪の転舵方向と運転者による操舵部材の操舵方向とが同じであることを条件として前記前後輪駆動力比を転舵輪である前記前輪の駆動力が小さくなるように調節し、前記回避対象との衝突を回避するために好適であると判定された前記前輪の転舵方向と運転者による操舵部材の操舵方向とが同じでない場合には、前記前輪の駆動力を小さくする調節を行わない、
