Claims (4)
- 扁平形状をしており、隔壁で内部が複数の流路に分割された伝熱管と、
冷媒が流れる円管と、
前記伝熱管及び前記円管とロウ付け接合され、前記伝熱管と前記円管とを接続する継手と、
を備え、
前記継手は、
前記伝熱管が挿入され、該伝熱管の外周面とロウ付け接合された第1差込口と、
前記円管が挿入され、該円管の外周面とロウ付け接合された第2差込口と、
を備え、
前記継手の内周面には、前記伝熱管の端部と対向する位置に、前記継手の外周面に向かって凹む逃げ部が形成されており、
前記継手は、前記逃げ部に、前記伝熱管の外周面に向かって突出し、該伝熱管の外周面とロウ付け接合されたリブを備え、
前記第1差込口の内周面と前記伝熱管の外周面とがロウ付け接合されている箇所のうち、最も前記逃げ部側に位置する箇所を逃げ部側端部とし、
前記リブにおける前記伝熱管の外周面とロウ付け接合されている箇所のうち、最も前記伝熱管の前記端部側に位置する箇所を接合端部とした場合、
前記第2差込口と前記円管とがロウ付け接合されているロウ付け接合部から前記接合端部までの距離は、該ロウ付け接合部から前記逃げ部側端部までの距離と比べ、短い熱交換器。 - 前記リブを複数備え、
複数の前記リブは、前記流路と垂直な方向に間隔を空けて並んでいる請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記接合端部と前記伝熱管の前記端部とは離れている請求項1又は請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記伝熱管を前記流路と垂直な仮想平面で切断した断面において短手方向となる方向を分割方向とした場合、
前記継手は、
前記分割方向に、第1部材と第2部材とに分割されており、
前記第1部材及び前記第2部材で前記伝熱管及び前記円管を挟み込んだ状態で、前記第1部材、前記第2部材、前記伝熱管及び前記円管がロウ付け接合されている請求項1~請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
