Claims (1)
- 圧縮空気を生成するインペラ手段(200)を、空冷及び水冷を同時に利用した冷却方式で冷却して、燃料電池用ターボ送風機の冷却効果を最大化することと同時に、これによる燃料電池用ターボ送風機の効率及び耐久性を向上させ、高熱により発生する燃料電池用ターボ送風機の問題(短い寿命及び効率の低下)を解決するための複合式冷却構造を有する燃料電池用ターボ送風機(1)であって、
吸入された空気の流動及び吐出を案内するブロワーのケーシング手段(100)と、
前記ブロワーのケーシング手段(100)の内部に配置及び結合されて、空気の流入及び流動を発生するインペラ手段(200)とで構成され、
内部に吸入される空気を、特定の経路へ誘導してインペラ手段(200)の温度上昇を防止するブロワーのケーシング手段(100)は、
内部に空気が吸入されるようにする空気の吸入ダクト(110)と、
前記インペラ手段(200)と隣接する位置に密閉及び結合されて、内部に吸入される空気を前記インペラ手段(200)に誘導する曲面状に形成された空気流動の誘導カバー(120)と、
前記インペラ手段(200)を介して圧力が上昇した空気が燃料電池スタックに吐出するようにする空気の排出ダクト(130)と、
前記ブロワーのケーシング手段(100)の内部に吸入される空気量が確保されるようにする吸入空気量の確保部(140)と、
前記インペラ手段(200)によって前記ブロワーのケーシング手段(100)の内部に吸入される空気の流れを利用して、前記インペラ手段(200)を冷却させるインペラ手段の空冷式冷却部(150)と、
前記インペラ手段(200)に隣接して形成され、外部から供給される冷却水の流れを利用して、前記インペラ手段(200)を冷却する、冷却水の流入循環溝(161)が形成されたインペラ手段の水冷式冷却部(160)と、
前記空気の吸入ダクト(110)、前記インペラ手段(200)の空冷式冷却部(150)、及び、前記空気流動の誘導カバー(120)によって生成された第1の空気流路(170)と、
前記空気の吸入ダクト(110)、前記吸入空気量の確保部(140)、前記空気流動の誘導カバー(120)によって生成された第2の空気流路(180)と、
前記空気流動の誘導カバー(120)によって生成されて、前記第1の空気流路(170)及び前記第2の空気流路(180)に沿って吸入された空気の流れを容易にする空気循環室(190)とを備え、
前記ブロワーのケーシング手段(100)の内部に空気を吸入させるインペラ手段(200)は、
ステータ(210)と、
ローター(220)と、
インペラ(230)とを備え、
高速で回転される前記ローター(220)及び前記インペラ(230)の温度上昇を低下させるとともに、前記ブロワーのケーシング手段(100)の内部に吸入される空気を、上述したように、特定のパスに誘導することによって、燃料電池用ターボ送風機の効率及び耐久性を最大化するようにし、
吸入された空気を圧縮して燃料電池スタックに圧縮空気を伝達するが、空冷及び水冷を同時に利用した冷却方式で前記ブロワーのケーシング手段(100)の内部の温度上昇を防止し、さらに熱平衡(thermal equilibrium)状態を図ることによって、高速で回転される前記インペラ手段(200)の温度上昇を低下し、効率及び耐久性を極大化させることを特徴とする複合式冷却構造を有する燃料電池用ターボ送風機。
