Claims (20)
- ミキサ端と、直径方向に磁化された円柱状の第1の部材を備えた第1の取り付け端と、を含むインペラと、
直径方向に磁化された円柱状の第2の部材を備えた第2の取り付け端を有する回転軸を備えたモータと、を備え、
前記モータは、前記第1の取り付け端と前記第2の取り付け端が直接接続されると、前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材との間の磁界を介して前記第1の取り付け端に回転トルクを付与する、インペラ連結器用のクイック結合システム。 - 前記第1の取り付け端と前記第2の取り付け端が、前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材との間の前記磁界を介して固定接続されている請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材の間の前記磁界の強度は手作業で分離可能な強さである請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材のそれぞれは六角形状である請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- さらに、速度センサを備え、前記速度センサは、前記モータと前記インペラの少なくとも一方の回転速度を監視する請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記速度センサはホール効果センサを含む請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記モータによって付与される前記回転トルクは、前記モータと前記インペラの前記少なくとも一方の回転速度が所定の閾値を超えると無効となる請求項5または6に記載のシステム。
- 前記モータによって付与される前記回転トルクは、前記モータと前記インペラの前記少なくとも一方の回転速度が所定の閾値より下回ると無効となる請求項5から7のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材の少なくとも一方が、非強磁性体で被覆されている請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材の間の前記磁界により発生する力が、前記インペラの垂直自由度を制限し、
インペラ軸上に配置された2つの軸受が水平運動と、回転運動と、ピッチ運動とを制限する請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - ミキサ端と、第1の取り付け端と、磁化部材と非磁化強磁性部材を含む群から選択された円柱状の第1の部材を備えた前記第1の取り付け端に取り付けられた第1の機械的コネクタと、を備えるインペラと、
第2の取り付け端を有する回転軸と、磁化部材と非磁化強磁性部材とから構成される群から選択された円柱状の第2の部材を含む前記第2の取り付け端に取り付けられた第2の機械的コネクタと、を備えたモータと、を備え、
前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材の少なくとも一方は、磁化部材を含み、
前記第1の機械的コネクタと前記第2の機械的コネクタとは、互いに相補的な形状であり、
前記モータは、前記第1の取り付け端と前記第2の取り付け端が直接接続されると、前記第1の機械的コネクタと前記第2の機械的コネクタとの間の機械的接続を介して前記第1の取り付け端に回転トルクを与える、インペラ連結器用のクイック結合システム。 - 前記第1の取り付け端と前記第2の取り付け端は、前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材との間の磁界を介して固定接続された請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材の間の前記磁界の強度は手作業で分離可能な強さである請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記磁化部材が、直径方向に磁化された部材、または軸方向に磁化された部材である請求項11から13のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 速度センサを備え、前記速度センサは、前記モータおよび前記インペラの少なくとも一方の回転速度を監視する請求項11から14のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材の少なくとも一方が磁化部材を備え、前記速度センサはホール効果センサを備えた請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記モータと前記インペラの前記少なくとも一方の回転速度が、所定の閾値の上限を超えるか、所定の閾値の下限を下回るかのいずれか一方となると、前記モータによって付与される前記回転トルクは無効となる請求項15または16に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材の少なくとも一方は、非強磁性体で被覆された請求項11から17のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材の間の前記磁界により発生する力が、前記インペラの垂直自由度を制限し、
インペラ軸上に配置された2つの軸受が水平運動と、回転運動と、ピッチ運動とを制限する請求項12または13に記載のシステム。 - ミキサ端と、直径方向に磁化された円柱状の第1の部材を備えた第1の取り付け端と、を備えたインペラを製造することと、
直径方向に磁化された円柱状の第2の部材を備えた第2の取り付け端を有する回転軸を備えたモータを製造することと、を含み、
前記モータは、前記第1の取り付け端と前記第2の取り付け端が直接接続されると、前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材との間の磁界を介して前記第1の取り付け端に回転トルクを付与する、インペラ連結器用のクイック結合システムを製造する方法。
