Description

Claims (9)
- 積層造形によって対象物(2)を製造する装置(1)であって、
-電磁放射への露出により凝固可能な材料の槽(4)を受けるプロセスチェンバ(3)と、
-前記対象物を前記材料の槽の表面レベル(L)に関連付けて位置付ける支持具(5)と、
-電磁放射を用いて、前記材料の選択した層部分を前記表面レベル(L)で凝固させる凝固デバイス(7)と、
-前記凝固デバイス(7)の電磁放射の光路に与えられて、前記凝固デバイス(7)によって放射された電磁放射のフォーカスを前記表面レベル上で制御するように構成されたフォーカスユニット(76)を備えた光制御デバイス(176)と
を備え、
前記光制御デバイス(176)は、
-前記電磁放射のフォーカス精度の測定値を検知するように構成されたセンサ部品(95)と、
-前記電磁放射の光路に与えられて、前記光路の光軸に沿った方向に運動可能であるように構成されたフォーカス補正レンズ部品(93)と、
-フォーカス補正制御ユニット(97)と
を備え、
前記フォーカス補正制御ユニット(97)は、前記センサ部品(95)と前記フォーカス補正レンズ部品(93)とに接続され、前記センサ部品(95)によって得られた信号に対応して前記フォーカス補正レンズ部品(93)を動かすように構成され、
前記光制御デバイス(176)は、前記電磁放射の光路に与えられて、透過光ビームと反射光ビームとを与えるように構成されたビームスプリッタ部品(61)を備え、
前記センサ部品(95)は、前記表面レベル(L)の上流であって、前記ビームスプリッタ部品(61)の下流に配置されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記センサ部品(95)は、前記透過光ビームを受信するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ビームスプリッタ部品(61)は、平坦な表面を持つビームスプリッタであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記フォーカス補正レンズ部品(93)は、前記ビームスプリッタ部品(61)の下流に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記フォーカス補正レンズ部品(93)は、前記反射光ビームの光路に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記フォーカス補正レンズ部品(93)は、前記ビームスプリッタ部品(61)と前記フォーカスユニット(76)との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記フォーカス補正制御ユニット(97)は、
前記装置(1)のシステム情報(99)および/またはシステムデータ(99)を受信するように構成され、
前記装置(1)のシステム情報(99)および/またはシステムデータ(99)に対応して、前記フォーカス補正レンズ部品(93)を動かすように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 前記フォーカス補正レンズ部品(93)は、正レンズまたは負レンズを備えることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記光制御デバイス(176)は、前記センサ部品(95)の上流に配置された正レンズ部品(92)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の装置。
