Claims (16)
- 眼科手術用注入圧制御システムであって、
眼圧検出手段と、
動脈圧検出手段と、
前記眼圧検出手段と前記動脈圧検出手段と動作可能に接続され、前記眼圧検出手段と前記動脈圧検出手段とにより提供される眼圧と動脈圧とに基づいて平均眼灌流圧値を計算し、計算された前記平均眼灌流圧値と少なくとも1つの所定の閾値とを比較するよう構成される制御ユニットと、
を備え、
前記制御ユニットは、アラームに動作可能にリンクされるタイマーを含み、前記タイマーは、計算された前記平均眼灌流圧の値と少なくとも1つの所定の閾値との比較に基づいて増加可能および減少可能であり、前記アラームは、前記タイマーが所定のタイマー閾値を超えた場合に作動し、
前記制御ユニットは、オペレータからの承諾命令を受信するのに適するユーザインタフェースを含み、または動作可能に接続され、前記承諾命令は、注入圧調整を可能にするのに適する、
システム。 - 前記制御ユニットは、計算された前記平均眼灌流圧値が前記所定の閾値を下回る場合に、アラーム信号を生成するよう構成される、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 注入圧で注入液を投与するのに適する注入ラインを少なくとも用いて患者に接続されるよう適合される医療用電気機器を含み、前記医療用電気機器は、前記注入圧を調整可能に適合される、
請求項1または2に記載のシステム。 - 前記眼圧検出手段は、眼圧センサを含む、
請求項3に記載のシステム。 - 前記眼圧検出手段は、注入液の圧力値、および任意に注入液の流量に基づいて眼圧値を計算するのに適する、
請求項3または4に記載のシステム。 - 前記医療用電気機器は、水晶体乳化装置、または水晶体硝子体切除装置である、

請求項3ないし11のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記平均眼灌流圧(MOPP)値は、

または、MOPP=2/3MAP-IOPの式を用いて、計算され、
