第一基板と、第一基板の上に形成され、光学信号を受信するためのスリットを有する入力ユニットと、第一基板の上に形成され、光学信号に対して分光した後に出力ビームを生じる回折格子と、第一基板の上に形成され、出力ビームを反射する反射鏡と、入力ユニット、回折格子、反射鏡の上に配置され、第一基板との間で導波路空間を形成する第二基板を含む導波路ユニット、
導波路ユニットの外部に配置され、出力ビームの射出角度を変更し、また出力ビームの焦点距離を調整する調整可能反射ユニット、
が含まれている。
第一基板と、第一基板の上に形成され、光学信号を受信するためのスリットを有する入力ユニットと、第一基板の上に形成され、光学信号に対して分光した後に出力ビームを生じる回折格子と、入力ユニット、回折格子、反射鏡の上に配置され、第一基板との間で導波路空間を形成する第二基板と、
導波路ユニット外部に配置され、出力ビームを反射する反射鏡を含む導波路ユニット、
導波路ユニット外部に配置され、出力ビームの射出角度を変更し、また出力ビームの焦点距離を調整する調整可能反射ユニット、
が含まれている。
Claims (6)
- 光学分波装置であって、
第一基板と、前記第一基板の上に形成され、光学信号を受信するためのスリットを有する入力ユニットと、前記第一基板の上に形成され、前記光学信号に対して分光した後に出力ビームを生じる回折格子と、前記第一基板の上に形成され、前記出力ビームを反射する反射鏡と、前記入力ユニット、前記回折格子、前記反射鏡の上に配置され、前記第一基板との間で導波路空間を形成する第二基板を含む導波路ユニットと、
前記導波路ユニットの外部に配置され、前記出力ビームの射出角度を変更し、また前記出力ビームの焦点距離を調整する調整可能反射ユニットと、
を含み、
前記導波路ユニットと前記調整可能反射ユニットは、外部ハウジングによって包まれたものであり、
前記外部ハウジングの底面にはシュートが配置され、前記シュート内でスライドできる滑動部品を更に備え、
前記調整可能反射ユニットは、前記出力ビームの焦点距離を調整するために前記滑動部品と連動している、ことを特徴とする光学分波装置。 - 前記入力ユニット、前記回折格子、前記反射鏡は、高エネルギー光源をフォトレジスト層に対して露光することによって形成され、前記高エネルギー光源の波長範囲は、0.01ナノから100ナノまでである、請求項1に記載の光学分波装置。
- 前記回折格子は、凹面や凸面、または平面の輪郭を持ち、またその正面は鋸歯態様、正弦波態様、或いは前記態様の組み合わせである、請求項1に記載の光学分波装置。
- 光学分波装置であって、
第一基板と、前記第一基板の上に形成され、光学信号を受信するためのスリットを有する入力ユニットと、前記第一基板の上に形成され、前記光学信号に対して分光した後に出力ビームを生じる回折格子と、前記入力ユニット、前記回折格子の上に配置され、前記第一基板との間で導波路空間を形成する第二基板を含む導波路ユニットと、
前記導波路ユニット外部に配置され、前記出力ビームを反射する反射鏡と、
前記導波路ユニット外部に配置され、前記出力ビームの射出角度を変更し、また前記出力ビームの焦点距離を調整する調整可能反射ユニットと、
を含み、
前記導波路ユニットと前記調整可能反射ユニットは、外部ハウジングによって包まれたものであり、
前記外部ハウジングの底面にはシュートが配置され、前記シュート内でスライドできる滑動部品を更に備え、
前記調整可能反射ユニットは、前記出力ビームの焦点距離を調整するために前記滑動部品と連動している、ことを特徴とする光学分波装置。 - 前記入力ユニットと前記回折格子は、高エネルギー光源をフォトレジスト層に対して露光することによって形成され、前記高エネルギー光源の波長範囲は、0.01ナノから100ナノまでである、請求項4に記載の光学分波装置。
- 前記回折格子は、凹面や凸面、または平面の輪郭を持ち、またその正面は鋸歯態様、正弦波態様、或いは前記態様の組み合わせである、請求項4に記載の光学分波装置。
