Claims (4)
- 骨盤骨折整復用スマート監視システムであって、サンプル骨折モデルデータベース、患者骨盤骨折データ収集ユニット、複合現実データ融合処理ユニット、及び整復状況監視ユニットを含み、前記サンプル骨折モデルデータベース、患者骨盤骨折データ収集ユニット、及び整復状況監視ユニットは全て複合現実データ融合処理ユニットに接続され、前記サンプル骨折モデルデータベースにはサンプル骨盤を用いてシミュレーションした人体骨盤骨折のデータから自動セグメンテーションアルゴリズムに基づいて作成された複数のサンプル骨折モデルが記憶されており、前記患者骨盤骨折データ収集ユニットは、磁気ナビゲーション・ポジショニング技術を利用して患者骨盤位置情報データをリアルタイムで収集して前記複合現実データ融合処理ユニットにアップロードし、前記複合現実データ融合処理ユニットは患者骨盤位置情報データに従って前記サンプル骨折モデルデータベースから患者骨盤骨折状況に対応するサンプル骨折モデルを自動的に呼び出し、複合現実技術を利用して患者骨盤位置情報データをサンプル骨折モデルとマッチングさせ、患者骨盤骨折状態に対するスマート骨折モデルを作成し、前記整復状況監視ユニットはスマート骨折モデルの様々な体位での画像をリアルタイムでロードして表示し、複数の監視画面を通じて患者骨盤の様々な体位での整復状況をそれぞれリアルタイムで監視する、ことを特徴とする骨盤骨折整復用スマート監視システム。
- 順次接続された骨盤骨折シミュレーションデータ収集ユニット、データ処理分析ユニット、及びモデル作成ユニットを含み、前記モデル作成ユニットはサンプル骨折モデルデータベースに接続され、前記骨盤骨折シミュレーションデータ収集ユニットはサンプル骨盤を用いてシミュレーションした人体骨盤骨折のデータを収集し、次に、前記データ処理分析ユニットは人工知能技術に基づいて自動化分析処理を行い、前記モデル作成ユニットは分析処理された骨折シミュレーションデータを利用して、自動セグメンテーションアルゴリズムに基づいて複数のサンプル骨折モデルを作成し、全てのサンプル骨折モデルをサンプル骨折モデルデータベースに格納する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の骨盤骨折整復用スマート監視システム。
- 前記骨盤骨折シミュレーションデータ収集ユニットは、骨折シミュレーションデータを収集する際に、いくつかの角度から撮影、2次元透視又は走査を含むが、これらに制限されない方式により行い、前記サンプル骨盤は人工骨盤、動物骨盤又は死体骨盤を含むが、これらに制限されない、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の骨盤骨折整復用スマート監視システム。
- 前記整復状況監視ユニットがリアルタイムで監視する患者骨盤の体位は、骨盤前後方向像、骨盤入口像、骨盤出口像、閉鎖孔斜位像、腸骨斜位像、LC-2全長像、ティアドロップ画像、閉鎖孔出口像、腸骨入口像、仙腸関節正面像入口像、仙腸関節正面像出口像、腸骨翼正面像、ICD輪郭に従った骨盤側面像、骨盤側面像後柱位のうちの任意の3つ以上の体位の組み合わせを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の骨盤骨折整復用スマート監視システム。
