Description
ここで、本発明の実施形態について、非限定的な例により、添付の図面を参照して、記載することとする。
実際、少なくとも上記に説明された理由で、グリッドは、各々同じ寸法で立方体のボクセルである規則的なデカルトグリッドである。
等値面再構成法は、マーチングキューブ法(Marching Cubes)、デュアルコンタリング法(Dual Contouring)などであってもよいが、それらには限定されない。
Claims (12)
- 3次元(3D)部品の付加製造のコンピュータ実行方法であって、
3D空間の3Dシーンにおける3D部品の表面表現であって、境界ボリュームの内側に囲まれている表面表現を供給すること(S10)、
前記3Dシーンを複数のボクセルに離散化すること(S20)、
各ボクセルに対して前記3D部品の表面表現に最小距離値を格納することによって、符号なし距離場を形成すること(S30)であって、各ボクセルに対する前記最小距離値は、当該ボクセルの点と、前記表面表現の一の要素の前記3Dシーンにおける位置との間で計測されうる最小の距離を表すものであり、前記3Dシーンの前記複数のボクセルに対する前記最小距離値は行列として格納され、
前記境界ボリュームの外側に位置する1つ以上のボクセルであって、ラベルに関連付けられている、前記境界ボリュームの外側に位置する前記1つ以上のボクセルを決定すること(S40)、
前記距離場において勾配反転が生じるという停止条件が満たされるまで、塗りつぶしによって前記ラベルを伝播させること(S50)、
符号付き距離場が得られるように、すべてのラベルなしボクセルの距離値の符号を反転させること(S60)、
前記符号付き距離場に基づいて等値ゼロにおける前記3D部品の等値面を計算すること(S70)、および、
前記3D部品を付加製造すること(S80)
を含むコンピュータ実行方法。 - それぞれのボクセルに対して前記3D部品の前記表面表現に最小距離値を格納することは、
所定の距離値であるバンドサイズよりも大きい最小距離値を有するボクセルを決定することと、
前記バンドサイズよりも大きな値の最小距離値を有するものとして決定されたボクセルに対して同じ値であって、0と前記バンドサイズとの間を含む値とは異なるような同じ値を割り当てることと、
をさらに含む、
請求項1に記載のコンピュータ実行方法。 - 前記バンドサイズは、ボクセルのサイズの2倍と等しいかそれよりも大きい、
請求項2に記載のコンピュータ実行方法。 - 前記最小距離値は第1の行列に格納され、前記第1の行列のそれぞれのセルは、前記3D空間中の座標の集合を備えるボクセルに対応し、前記第1の行列のそれぞれのセルはスカラ値を含み、前記第1の行列のセルの集合はスカラ場を形成する、
請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のコンピュータ実行方法。 - 前記バンドサイズよりも大きい最小距離値を有するボクセルの値は、前記行列に格納されない、
請求項2と請求項4とを組み合わせたコンピュータ実行方法。 - 前記3Dシーンを離散化する前に、当該3Dシーンを離散化する複数のボクセルのサイズを選択することをさらに含む、
請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のコンピュータ実行方法。 - ボクセルに関連付けられたすべてのラベルを第2の行列に格納すること、をさらに含む、
請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のコンピュータ実行方法。 - 前記第1の行列と前記第2の行列とは異なる、
請求項4と結合した請求項7のコンピュータ実行方法。 - 停止条件が満たされるまで塗りつぶしによって前記ラベルを伝播させることは、
ラベル付きボクセルの前記最小距離値の値を、隣接するラベルなしボクセルの前記最小距離値の値と比較することと、
前記隣接するラベルなしボクセルの前記最小距離値が、ラベル付きボクセルの前記最小距離値の値と等しいかそれよりも低い場合、前記ラベルなしボクセルへ前記ラベルを伝播させることと
を含む請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のコンピュータ実行方法。 - 請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の前記方法を行うための命令を含むコンピュータプログラム。
- 請求項10に記載のコンピュータプログラムが記録された、コンピュータ読み取り可能な記憶媒体。
- メモリおよびグラフィカルユーザインタフェースに接続されたプロセッサを含むシステムであって、前記メモリには請求項10に記載の前記コンピュータプログラムが記録されている、システム。
