図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係るCPAP装置の本体ユニットおよびベースユニットの着脱態様を示す斜視図であり、図2は、図1に示す着脱態様を他の角度から見た斜視図である。また、図3は、本実施の形態に係るCPAP装置において、本体ユニットをベースユニットに取付けた状態を示す斜視図である。まず、これら図1ないし図3を参照して、本実施の形態に係るCPAP装置1Aの概略的な構成およびその着脱態様について説明する。
図13は、本発明の実施の形態2に係るCPAP装置の本体ユニット、ベースユニットおよび付加ベースユニットの着脱態様を示す斜視図である。以下、この図13を参照して、本実施の形態に係るCPAP装置1Bについて説明する。
図14は、本発明の実施の形態3に係るCPAP装置において、本体ユニットをベースユニットに取付けた状態を示す一部破断平面図である。以下、この図14を参照して、本実施の形態に係るCPAP装置1Cについて説明する。
上述した本発明の実施の形態1ないし3においては、第1ユニットとしての本体ユニットに設けられる第1サイレンサーとして、第1流路に並んで配置された広大部および狭小部からなるいわゆるマフラー型のものを適用した場合を例示して説明を行なったが、当該第1サイレンサーは、これに限定されるものではない。第1サイレンサーとしては、従来公知の各種のサイレンサーを採用することができ、またそれらの組み合わせを採用することもできる。ただし、外泊時等の携行性を考慮した場合には、より小型のサイレンサーとすることが望ましい。
上述した実施の形態1ないし3およびその他の形態等において開示した内容を要約すると、以下のとおりとなる。
Claims (1)
- 装置内に吸入した空気を使用者の気道に送り込むCPAP装置であって、
送風機および当該送風機を収容する第1筐体を含む第1ユニットと、
第2筐体を含むとともに前記第1ユニットに着脱可能な第2ユニットとを備え、
前記第1筐体には、当該第1筐体の外部から空気を導入するための第1導入口と、当該第1筐体の内部から空気を導出するための第1導出口と、前記第1導入口および前記第1導出口を結ぶとともに前記送風機が設置されてなる第1流路とが設けられ、
前記第2筐体には、当該第2筐体の外部から空気を導入するための第2導入口と、当該第2筐体の内部から空気を導出するための第2導出口と、前記第2導入口および前記第2導出口を結ぶ第2流路とが設けられ、
前記第1ユニットは、前記第1流路のうちの前記第1導入口と前記送風機との間の位置に、広大部と、前記第1流路における空気の流動方向に沿って前記広大部よりも下流側に配置された狭小部とをさらに含み、
前記第2ユニットは、前記第2流路に設けられたサイレンサーをさらに含み、
前記第2ユニットが前記第1ユニットに取付けられて使用される第1使用状態において、前記第1導入口に前記第2導出口が接続され、
前記第2ユニットが前記第1ユニットに取付けられずに使用される第2使用状態において、前記第1導入口が外部に開放される、CPAP装置。
