Description
図1は本発明の一実施態様例である圧力変動吸着型の酸素濃縮装置を例示した概略装置構成図である。本発明の酸素濃縮装置は、加圧空気を供給するコンプレッサ102、酸素よりも窒素を選択的に吸着する吸着剤を充填した吸着筒A107,吸着筒B108、吸着工程、脱着工程や均圧工程等のシーケンスを切り換える流路切替手段である供給弁A103,供給弁B104、排気弁A105,排気弁B106、均圧弁109を備える。加圧空気から分離生成された酸素濃縮ガスは、コントロールバルブ113で所定流量に調整後、カニューラ116を用いて使用者に供給される。
2つの吸着筒7,8の各々に原料空気を供給する2つの配管ノズルは、接続を容易にするために、図5に示すように一体成型された原料空気供給端ノズル10とし、この2つの配管ノズルと2つの原料空気供給端凹部9とを1つの動作で嵌合接続するようにする。そのままでは接続部がコンプレッサや吸着筒からの圧力により緩んでしまうため、これを防ぐ目的で、一体成型された原料空気供給端ノズル10と酸素濃縮装置のケーシングとを固定する固定具3を備え、完全にノズルが接続された状態でピン止めやネジ止めを行い、もしくはフック等で固定するのが好ましい。接続部が緩んだ状態ではネジ止め等の固定穴の位置が一致しないために、固定具で固定することができないため、確実な接合を行うことが出来る。

Claims (3)
- 酸素よりも窒素を選択的に吸着する吸着剤を充填し、加圧空気中の酸素を分離生成する吸着筒と、加圧空気を供給するコンプレッサ、吸着工程、脱着工程の流路を切り替える流路切替手段を備えた圧力変動吸着型酸素濃縮装置において、
該吸着筒が交換可能なカートリッジ式吸着筒であり、該吸着筒の一方が吸着工程で酸素を生成している時に他方の吸着筒が窒素を脱着再生する脱着工程を実施する2本の吸着筒と、吸着筒のガス流れ方向に対して直角方向に、各吸着筒に加圧空気を供給する2本の流路および原料空気供給端部を有する吸着筒固定台を備え、両者を一体化した状態で固定したものであること、
コンプレッサから流路切替手段を介して加圧空気を供給する配管ノズルと、該カートリッジ式吸着筒の原料空気供給端部が着脱可能に嵌合する接続機構を形成し、加圧空気を供給する2つの配管ノズルが一体成型された配管ノズルを備え、一体成型された配管ノズルと原料空気供給端部の凹部とが嵌合接続された状態で、配管ノズルと酸素濃縮装置のケーシングとを固定する固定具を有すること、
該固定具が、一体成型された配管ノズルの両端で回転可能に接続固定され、ケーシングの底面に着脱可能にネジ止めする接続部を有することを特徴とする、酸素濃縮装置。 - 酸素よりも窒素を選択的に吸着する吸着剤を充填し、加圧空気中の酸素を分離生成する吸着筒と、加圧空気を供給するコンプレッサ、吸着工程、脱着工程の流路を切り替える流路切替手段を備えた圧力変動吸着型酸素濃縮装置において、
該吸着筒が交換可能なカートリッジ式吸着筒であり、吸着筒の一方が吸着工程で酸素を生成している時に他方の吸着筒が窒素を脱着再生する脱着工程を実施する2本の吸着筒と、吸着筒のガス流れ方向に対して直角方向に、各吸着筒から生成された酸素を取り出す2本の流路および酸素取り出し端部を有する吸着筒固定台を備え、両者を一体化した状態で固定したものであること、
吸着筒で生成された酸素を使用者供給手段側に供給する酸素取り出し端ノズルと、該カートリッジ式吸着筒の酸素取り出し端部が着脱可能に嵌合する接続機構を形成し、2つの酸素取り出し端ノズルが一体成型されたノズルを備え、一体成型された酸素取り出し端ノズルと酸素取り出し端部の凹部とが嵌合接続された状態でノズルと酸素濃縮装置のケーシングとを固定する固定具を有すること、
該固定具が、一体成型された2つの酸素取り出し端ノズルの両端で回転可能に接続固定され、ケーシングの底面に着脱可能にネジ止めする接続部を有すること特徴とする、酸素濃縮装置。 - 該固定台の原料空気供給端部の凹部にOリングを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の酸素濃縮装置。
