Claims (11)
- コンプライアンス又はセミコンプライアンス材料を含む牽引バンドと、
第1のスイベルによって前記牽引バンドの第1の端部に対して枢動可能に取り付けられた第1の取り付け部材と、
第2のスイベルによって前記牽引バンドの第2の端部に対して枢動可能に取り付けられた第2の取り付け部材と、
前記牽引バンドの長さに沿って配置されたフィラメントと
からなる組織牽引装置。 - 前記コンプライアンス又は前記セミコンプライアンス材料はゴム、ラテックス、弾性体、及びTPE、又はそれらの組み合わせからなる請求項1に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 前記第1及び前記第2の取り付け部材はポリマー、プラスチック、形状記憶金属、形状記憶合金、又はそれらの組み合わせからなる圧縮可能な材料を含む、請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の組織牽引装置。
- 前記第1及び前記第2の取り付け部材は、それぞれ前記第1及び前記第2のスイベルを介して前記牽引バンドの長手軸を中心として旋回する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 2.5~4.5cmの長さを有する形態と、15.00cmの最大長さを有する第2の形態との間で移動するように構成されている、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 前記フィラメントは、前記牽引バンドの最大の延長された長さを制限する、非コンプライアンスの材料を含む、請求項1に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 前記フィラメントは、前記牽引バンドの牽引力を増大させる、コンプライアンス又はセミコンプライアンスの材料を含む、請求項1に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 前記組織牽引装置は、可撓性長尺状管状部材の内部を貫通して延びるワーキングチャンネル内に配置されるように構成されており、前記第1の取り付け部材は、前記ワーキングチャンネル内に配置された第1の内視鏡器具の遠位端に取り付けられた第1の組織クリップに係合される、請求項1に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 前記第1の組織クリップは、前記組織牽引装置の前記第1の取り付け部材に着脱自在に取り付け可能である、請求項8に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 前記組織牽引装置の第1の端部における前記第1の組織クリップは、体管腔内に配置可能であり、第2の組織クリップは、前記体管腔内に配置可能であり、かつ、前記組織牽引装置の前記第1の端部に対向する第2の端部に取り付け可能である、請求項8または9に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 第3の組織クリップは、体管腔内に配置可能であり、かつ、前記組織牽引装置の一部に取り付け可能である、請求項8~10のいずれか一項に記載の組織牽引装置。
