Claims (24)

b)前記カテーテルの前記遠位端に隣接する前記カテーテルの前記外面に取り付けられたフィラメント構成体であって、該フィラメント構成体は、
i)複数の弾性のフィラメントストランドであって、該フィラメントストランドは、近位部分、中央部分、および遠位部分を有し、前記近位部分は、前記遠位口の近位の位置で前記カテーテルの前記外面に固定され、前記中央部分は、前記遠位口に向かって遠位方向に延び、前記外面から半径方向外向きに延びるように付勢され、前記遠位部分は、前記カテーテルの前記外面に近位方向に戻るように前記中央部分に対して反転し、前記フィラメントストランドの前記遠位部分は、前記カテーテルの前記外面に固定された、複数の弾性のフィラメントストランドと、
ii)前記フィラメントストランドの少なくとも近位部分に提供される重合体材料であって、該重合体材料は、前記治療薬粒子の通過に対するバリアを形成する、重合体材料と、

前記フィラメント構成体が前記血管の中で展開状態のとき、
前記フィラメント構成体の近位側における前記フィラメント構成体の周りの局部的流体圧力が前記フィラメント構成体の遠位側における局部的流体圧力より高い場合、前記フィラメント構成体の周りで前記血管を通過する近位から遠位方向の流れが許容されるように、前記フィラメント構成体が、前記血管の直径より小さい第1直径を持つ第1状態を取るように、かつ、
前記フィラメント構成体の前記遠位側における前記局部的流体圧力が前記フィラメント構成体の前記近位側における前記局部的流体圧力より高い場合、前記フィラメント構成体が前記血管壁に接触して前記フィラメント構成体の周りで前記血管を通過する遠位から近位方向の流れに対するバリアとして作用するように、前記フィラメント構成体が、前記第1直径より比較的大きい第2直径を持つ第2状態を取るように、
