Description

Claims (15)
- 底面と上面とを有するフロアパネル組立体であって、
前記底面に隣接する第1の構造層スタック、
剪断応力を吸収する、前記第1の構造層スタックに隣接するコア層、
前記コア層と前記上面との間の第2の構造層スタック、
前記コア層と前記上面との間の加温層、及び
前記加温層と前記上面との間の織物衝撃層
を備え、前記織物衝撃層が、
高温熱可塑性織布繊維マトリックス、及び
前記高温熱可塑性織布繊維マトリックスに浸透した樹脂
を備えており、
前記高温熱可塑性織布繊維マトリックスが、150~400°Cの融点を有し、
前記樹脂がエポキシ、フェノール、ビスマレイミド、またはシアネートエステル樹脂である、フロアパネル組立体。 - 前記高温熱可塑性織布繊維マトリックスが、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリアリールエーテルケトン、ポリカーボネート、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリイミド、ポリメチルメタクリレート(アクリル)、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリウレタン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、またはポリアミドイミドの織布繊維を含む、請求項1に記載のフロアパネル組立体。
- 前記高温熱可塑性織布繊維マトリックスが55MPa~14GPaの間の引張強度を有する、請求項1に記載のフロアパネル組立体。
- 前記織物衝撃層が二次元に織り込まれている、請求項1に記載のフロアパネル組立体。
- 前記織物衝撃層が三次元に織り込まれている、請求項1に記載のフロアパネル組立体。
- 前記織物衝撃層が、前記高温熱可塑性織布繊維マトリックスと織り合わされた金属繊維をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のフロアパネル組立体。
- 前記コア層がハニカム構造の高密度金属材料を含む、請求項1に記載のフロアパネル組立体。
- 前記コア層が、発泡ハニカムポリマー、連続気泡ポリマーフォーム、または独立気泡ポリマーフォームを含む、請求項1に記載のフロアパネル組立体。
- 前記加温層が、金属材料、PTCセラミック、PTCポリマー、または炭素同素体材料を含む、請求項1に記載のフロアパネル組立体。
- 対向する前記第1及び第2の構造層スタックが、強化ポリマーマトリックスを含む、請求項1に記載のフロアパネル組立体。
- 前記強化ポリマーマトリックスが、構造的樹脂で含浸させた繊維を含み、
前記繊維が炭素繊維またはガラス繊維であり、
前記構造的樹脂がエポキシ、ポリウレタン、フェノール、シアネートエステル、またはビスマレイミドである、請求項10に記載のフロアパネル組立体。 - 前記加温層が前記織物衝撃層に隣接している、請求項1に記載のフロアパネル組立体。
- 前記加温層が前記コア層に隣接している、請求項1に記載のフロアパネル組立体。
- 前記第1の構造層スタックと前記コア層との間に第2の織物衝撃層を備え、
前記織物衝撃層と前記第2の織物衝撃層との間に第3の構造層スタック
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のフロアパネル組立体。 - 暖房用フロアパネル組立体を製造する方法であって、
織物衝撃層、ヒータ、コア層、及び1つまたは複数の対向する構造層を整列させることと、
前記織物衝撃層、前記ヒータ、前記コア層、及び前記1つまたは複数の構造層を互いに結合することと、
を備え、
前記織物衝撃層が、樹脂で含浸させた高温熱可塑性織布繊維マトリックスを備えており、
前記高温熱可塑性織布繊維マトリックスが、150~400°Cの融点を有し、
前記樹脂がエポキシ、フェノール、ビスマレイミド、またはシアネートエステル樹脂である、方法。
