Claims (2)
- リレー装置のコイルケースに備え付けられる絶縁容器と、
この絶縁容器内に備え付けられる共通電極端子と、
前記絶縁容器内に備え付けられる一対の電極端子と、
前記絶縁容器内で前記共通電極端子を前記一対の電極端子のいずれかと導通させる可動電極と、
前記絶縁容器内で傾斜に配置可能な可動導体と、
この可動導体に立設されて前記一対の電極端子の間で前記可動電極を支持する一方で当該可動導体の傾斜により当該可動電極を前記いずれかの電極端子と接触させる絶縁棒と、
この絶縁棒が立設された面と反対する前記可動導体の面を押圧する圧接バネと、
この圧接バネを前記可動導体への方向に押圧して前記コイルケースの天井部の開口部を密閉する調整部材と
を有することを特徴とする接点圧調整構造。 - 前記調整部材は、
前記圧接バネが配置されると共に前記可動導体への方向の押圧を受けて前記開口部を密閉する押圧部と、
この押圧部の周縁に設けられると共に前記コイルケース内にて前記開口部の縁部に沿って真空ロウ付け固定され、前記押圧により当該開口部の方向に変形するフランジ部と
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接点圧調整構造。
