Description
〔超音波内視鏡システムの概略構成〕
図1は、実施の形態に係る超音波内視鏡を含む超音波内視鏡を模式的に示す図である。本実施の形態に係る超音波内視鏡システム1は、超音波内視鏡を用いて人等の被検体内の超音波診断を行うシステムである。この超音波内視鏡システム1は、図1に示すように、超音波内視鏡2と、超音波観測装置3と、内視鏡観察装置4と、表示装置5と、光源装置6と、を備える。
超音波内視鏡2は、図1に示すように、挿入部21と、操作部22と、ユニバーサルコード23と、コネクタ24と、を備える。なお、以下に記載する「先端」は、挿入部21を被検体内に挿入する方向の先端側に位置する端部を意味する。また、以下に記載する「基端」は、挿入部21を被検体内に挿入する方向の先端と反対側(操作部22側)に位置する端部を意味する。
図2は、図1に示す超音波内視鏡の挿入部の先端の斜視図である。図2に示すように、挿入部21の先端には、被検体に光源装置6からの照明光を照射する照明部2121と、被検体からの反射光を受光する撮像素子を有する撮像部2122と、吸引口を兼ねる鉗子口2123と、図示しない送気送水ノズルと、が配設されている。

Claims (9)
- 各々の長手方向を揃えて円筒状に配列されており、超音波をそれぞれ送受信する複数の圧電素子と、
前記圧電素子の外周に位置し、前記圧電素子が発生した超音波を外部において収束させるとともに、外部から入射した超音波を前記圧電素子に伝達する音響レンズと、
前記圧電素子及び前記音響レンズの先端側及び基端側を保持するハウジングと、
前記音響レンズの先端又は基端と前記ハウジングとの間に位置し、前記音響レンズよりも弾性率が低い軟性部材と、
を備える超音波内視鏡。 - 前記軟性部材は、前記音響レンズの先端および前記ハウジングの間と、前記音響レンズの基端および前記ハウジングの間とに位置する請求項1に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記円筒の径方向において、前記軟性部材の厚さは、前記音響レンズの厚さ以上である請求項1又は2に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 被検体に照明光を照射する照明部と、
前記被検体からの反射光を受光する撮像素子を有する撮像部と、
を備える請求項1~3のいずれか1つに記載の超音波内視鏡。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記音響レンズの先端側又は基端側を収容する凹部を有し、
前記軟性部材は、前記凹部に配置されている請求項1に記載の超音波内視鏡。 - 前記軟性部材は、前記凹部の内面と前記音響レンズとに当接している請求項5に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記軟性部材は、ゲル又はゴムにより形成されている請求項1に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記軟性部材は、前記音響レンズにかかる応力を緩和する請求項1に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記軟性部材は、前記音響レンズの基端と前記音響レンズの先端とを結ぶ直線に沿った方向にかかる応力を緩和する請求項8に記載の超音波内視鏡。
