Claims (11)
- 患者の血液にボーラス投与の形で抗凝固剤を添加する装置であって、
前記装置は、前記患者の血液量を表すTBVの値と、前記患者の心拍出量を表すCOの値とに依存するボーラス投与時間Bを決定する手段を有し、
前記装置は、特定のボーラス投与時間B内に前記抗凝固剤を投与する手段をさらに有し、
前記ボーラス投与時間は、T=TBV/COの値以上であり、
前記ボーラス投与時間Bを決定する手段は、B≧Tの関係が満たされるように設計されている、
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記抗凝固剤は、該抗凝固剤の体積流量をQhep、投与すべき前記抗凝固剤の体積をVhepとした場合、Qhep=Vhep/Bの速度で投与される、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記抗凝固剤はヘパリンである、
請求項1又は2に記載の装置。 - 前記抗凝固剤の前記添加は、ポンプによって行われる、
請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記抗凝固剤の前記添加は、血液治療装置の、具体的には透析装置の体外回路内に行われる、
請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記抗凝固剤の前記添加は、前記患者の血液治療の前に、具体的には前記患者の透析治療の前に行われる、
請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記TBVの値及び/又は前記COの値は、前記抗凝固剤の添加前に求められ、又はメモリから読み出される、
請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記装置は、TBV及び/又はCOを求める手段を有し、及び/又は、前記TBVの値及び/又は前記COの値を記憶した、前記装置がアクセスできる又は前記装置の構成要素であるメモリが設けられる、
請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記抗凝固剤を投与する手段は、好ましくは前記抗凝固剤を血液治療装置の体外血液回路内に送り込むように構成されたポンプとして設計され、及び/又は、前記抗凝固剤はヘパリンである、
請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記装置は、血液治療装置の、好ましくは透析装置の構成要素であり、又は血液治療装置に、好ましくは透析装置に接続される、
請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 血液治療装置、具体的には透析装置であって、請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の装置を少なくとも1つ有する、
ことを特徴とする血液治療装置。
