Claims (14)
- 電極(100)であって、
溶接端部および中空の内部(110)を画定している金属シリンダー(105)と、
前記中空の内部(110)に位置し、前記電極の前記溶接端部に向かって前記金属シリンダーに対して移動可能な粉末状供給材料(150)と、
前記金属シリンダーに対して前記粉末状供給材料を移動させるように操作可能な搬送アセンブリとを含み、
前記金属シリンダーの材料は、所望の超合金材料の組成物を規定するのに寄与する組成物の元素のサブセットを含む押出し成型可能な金属合金材料を含み、前記中空の内部を介して搬送される前記粉末状供給材料は、前記所望の超合金材料の組成物を規定する組成成分の残余を含み、
前記金属シリンダーの材料は、ニッケル、コバルト、アルミニウム、チタンのうちの1つまたは複数を含み、
前記搬送アセンブリは、キャリアガス、オーガーを含む機械的アセンブリ、音響システムおよび超音波システムの1つまたは複数を含む、電極。 - 前記キャリアガスは、アルゴン、ヘリウム、水素、二酸化炭素、酸素、窒素、またはそれらの混合物のうちの1つまたは複数から選択される、請求項1に記載の電極。
- 前記オーガーは、前記電極の溶融速度で前記電極に対して軸方向に引込むように構成されている、請求項1に記載の電極。
- 前記オーガーは固定されており、前記電極は、作業中に前記オーガーにわたって突出するように適合されている、請求項1に記載の電極。
- 前記金属シリンダーを取り囲むフラックス被覆(120)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電極。
- 中空のコアに操作可能に接続された搬送手段(200)を介して、それを通して金属合金の材料を搬送するように適合された中空のコア(110)を取り囲むシース(105)を含む電極であって、
前記シースは、所望の超合金材料の組成物の堆積物を形成するための純金属または金属合金の組成物を含み、
前記中空のコアを介して搬送される前記金属合金の材料は、前記所望の超合金材料の組成物を規定する組成成分の残余を含み、
前記搬送手段は、前記シースに対して前記中空のコア内で前記金属合金の材料を移動させるように動作可能であり、
前記純金属は、ニッケル、コバルト、アルミニウム、チタンのうちの1つから選択され、
前記搬送手段は、キャリアガス、オーガーを含む機械的アセンブリ、音響システムおよび超音波システムの1つまたは複数を含む、電極。 - 前記シースを取り囲むフラックス被覆をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の電極。
- 前記搬送手段は、アルゴン、ヘリウム、水素、二酸化炭素、酸素、窒素、またはそれらの混合物のうちの1つまたは複数から選択される推進ガスである、請求項6に記載の電極。
- シールドメタルアーク溶接の方法であって、
堆積物の材料組成物を形成するために、基材および請求項1に記載の電極を溶融するステップを含む、方法。 - 前記堆積物の超合金材料の組成物を形成するために、基材および請求項6に記載の電極の一部を溶融するステップを含む、方法。
- 前記粉末状供給材料は、キャリアガス、機械的アセンブリ、音響システム、または超音波システムのうちの1つまたは複数を介して、前記中空の内部を介して搬送される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記電極は、前記電極の搬送端部の反対側の端部におけるスティンガーを介して取り扱われ、前記スティンガーは、前記中空の内部を介して前記粉末状供給材料の搬送を促進するために、前記中空の内部に対応するようにサイズ決めされた内部部分を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記機械的アセンブリは、前記中空の内部を介して前記粉末状供給材料を搬送し、前記電極の溶融速度で前記電極に対して軸方向に引込むように構成されたオーガーを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記機械的アセンブリは、前記中空の内部を介して前記粉末状供給材料を搬送し、および固定されたオーガーを含み、前記電極は、前記電極の搬送端部に向かって前記固定されたオーガーにわたって突出する、請求項9に記載の方法。
