前記製造方法により得られる前記歯科補綴用セラミックス体は、前記歯科補綴用セラミックス体の少なくとも3箇所から切片を取り出し、取り出した切片の外径寸法を測定し、次に、仮焼結の後に行われる本焼結の温度で前記切片を本焼結して本焼結後の切片の外形寸法を測定し、前記歯科補綴用セラミックス体から取り出した切片の外形寸法に対する、その切片の本焼結後の外形寸法の平均比率が、122%以上125%以下となる歯科補綴用セラミックス体として製造され、且つ
前記歯科補綴用セラミックス体の上面の中心箇所で且つ上面の面上から高さ方向に10mm離れた空間中にマイクを配置し、直径5mm~10mmの棒で、前記歯科補綴用セラミックス体の上面の面上の中央を0.025N~0.03Nの力で叩いた時に、5kHz以上11kHz以下の周波数を有し振動レベルが-40dB以上-20dB以下の音を発生する歯科補綴用セラミックス体として製造されるものである。

Claims (3)
- セラミック材料を用意し、そのセラミック材料をプレス成型又は工作機械により成形し、理論密度が得られる焼結温度から-700℃以上且つ-100℃以下であって、仮焼結が進んでも多孔体の気孔が塞がらない温度以下でセラミック材料を仮焼結して、歯科補綴用セラミックス体を製造する歯科補綴用セラミックス体の製造方法であって、
前記製造方法により円形の平面形状で円盤状の外形形状に成形され50mm以上の直径を有する歯科補綴用セラミックス体を得ると共に、
前記製造方法により得られる前記歯科補綴用セラミックス体は、前記歯科補綴用セラミックス体の少なくとも3箇所から切片を取り出し、取り出した切片の外径寸法を測定し、次に、仮焼結の後に行われる本焼結の温度で前記切片を本焼結して本焼結後の切片の外形寸法を測定し、前記歯科補綴用セラミックス体から取り出した切片の外形寸法に対する、その切片の本焼結後の外形寸法の平均比率が、122%以上125%以下となる歯科補綴用セラミックス体として製造され、且つ
