前記側板(3,4)が隣り合う少なくともいずれかのコーナー部に、前記縦罫線(2)に対し下部から上方へかけて間隔が広がる補助罫線(11)が刻設され、これにより、前記縦罫線(2)と前記補助罫線(11)の間に三角状部(12)が形成され、
前記側板(3,4)の三角状部(12)の上端は、延長部分が連設されない開放端縁とされ、
