Claims (23)
- 液体(2)を噴霧するためのネブライザ(1)であって、
前記液体(2)の多様な用量を収容する容器(3)と、
前記容器(3)から前記液体(2)の用量を引き出して噴霧のためにそれぞれの該用量を加圧するための流体ポンプ(5)と、
前記容器(3)内の前記液体(2)を加圧して該容器(3)から前記液体(2)を用量単位で引き出すことを支援するための空気ポンプ(30)と、を含み、

ことを特徴とするネブライザ(1)。 - 前記ネブライザ(1)又は前記空気ポンプ(30)は、該空気ポンプ(30)又はそのポンプチャンバ(39)内のいずれの不足圧力も防止する、及び/又は該空気ポンプ(30)内の前記空気圧が前記周囲圧力(PA)よりも低い時に自動的に開くようになっている、かつ該空気ポンプ(30)内の該空気圧が該周囲圧力(PA)まで増大する又はそれに対応する時に自動的に閉じるようになっている入口弁(43)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記制御弁(44)及び前記入口弁(43)は、一体的に形成される、及び、同じ弁(40)又は弁要素(42)によって形成される、の少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記制御弁(44)が、ドーム状形状であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記制御弁(44)が、ダックビル弁として具現化されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記制御弁(44)が、可撓性部分(42A)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記可撓性部分(42A)は、周囲空気が前記空気ポンプ(30)に流入することを可能にするために該空気ポンプ(30)の内部に向けて開くようになっており、及び/又は
前記可撓性部分(42A)は、空気が該空気ポンプ(30)から流出することを可能にするために該空気ポンプ(30)の前記内部から外に開くようになっている、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のネブライザ。 - 前記空気ポンプ(30)は、前記ネブライザ(1)のハウジング(19)内の前記容器(3)の相対移動によって作動されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記容器(3)は、液体(2)の用量を引き出す時、及び、該液体(2)の用量を加圧する又は分配する時、の少なくとも1つの時に、前記ネブライザ(1)内でストローク的に移動可能である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のネブライザ。 - 前記ネブライザ(1)の使用中に、前記空気ポンプ(30)及び前記流体ポンプ(5)は交互に加圧することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記空気ポンプ(30)は、前記容器(3)内の前記液体(2)に対して作用する前記空気圧を低減する圧力軽減手段(60)を含み、該圧力軽減手段(60)は、前記ネブライザ(1)内の該容器(3)の位置に依存して自動的に開くようになっており、前記圧力軽減手段(60)は、前記空気ポンプ(30)に一体化されたバイパスチャネルとして具現化されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記空気ポンプ(30)は、前記容器(3)から前記液体(2)を用量単位で引き出すことを支援するために空気をポンピングするためのピストン/シリンダ配置を含む又は形成する、及び、
前記空気ポンプ(30)は、ポンプピストン(31)及びシリンダ(32)を含み、該ポンプピストン(31)は、該シリンダ(32)内で軸線方向に移動可能である、
の少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項11のいずれか一項に記載のネブライザ。 - 前記容器(3)は、前記液体(2)を収容する圧壊可能バッグ(4)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項12のいずれか一項に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記容器(3)は、剛性ケーシング(20)と該ケーシング(20)内で移動可能な流体ピストン(28)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項12のいずれか一項に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記流体ピストン(28)及び前記ケーシング(20)は、前記液体(2)を収容する容積(4)を形成し、該容積(4)は、該ケーシング(20)内の該流体ピストン(28)の軸線方向移動によって縮小される又は縮小可能であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記流体ピストン(28)は、(第1の)中心凹部(28A)を前記容積(4)から外に向く側に含む、及び、
前記流体ピストン(28)は、(第2の)中心凹部(28B)を前記容積(4)に向く側に含む、
の少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のネブライザ。 - 前記空気ポンプ(30)は、前記容器(3)に配置される又は該容器(3)と分離不能なアセンブリを形成することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項16のいずれか一項に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記容器(3)は、置換可能であり、前記ネブライザ(1)は、前記ネブライザ(1)から切り離すことができる、又は、前記容器(3)を挿入する又は置換するために開くことができる、ハウジング部分(18)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記ネブライザ(1)は、該容器(3)の軸線方向端部を密封するシール(26)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項18のいずれか一項に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記シール(26)は、前記制御弁(44)に向く側で湾曲し、及び/又は
前記シール(26)は、(第1の)中心凹部(28A)を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項19に記載のネブライザ。 - 前記ネブライザ(1)は、前記シール(26)を開口するようになった開口デバイス(55)を含む又は形成することを特徴とする請求項19又は請求項20に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記開口デバイス(55)は、前記シール(26)を穿通するために少なくとも1つの開口要素(56)を含む、請求項21に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記開口要素(56)は、
スパイクとして具現化される、及び
