Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a tile-engaging hardware used for attaching tiles to a wall surface of a building, a tile with the hardware attached thereto, a wall structure using the tile-engaging hardware, and a construction method thereof.

Building which finished wall surface with tiling has sense of quality and is popular.
As a method of arranging tiles on a wall, the wet tiling method, in which mortar or adhesive is applied to the wall and the tiles are attached to the mortar surface, has been common. A dry tile construction method typified by the carnival construction method, in which tile soles and rails are fitted together, is also widely used.

In recent years, the number of buildings whose outer walls are made of extruded cement boards is increasing.
The wall material made of extruded cement board has ribs on the surface, and the tiles are placed on the surface by hooking the soles of the tiles (Fig. 7).
At this time, an adhesive is placed between the sole and the wall surface material, and the tile and the wall surface material are integrated by solidifying the adhesive.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

(1) Outline of wall structure The wall structure of the present invention uses tiles 1 to finish the walls of a building.
The tile 1 has a tile engaging hardware 2 positioned within the sole 11 . Then, the tile 1 is fixed to the wall surface material W of the building by combining and fitting the sole 11 of the tile 1 and the tile engaging hardware 2 to the rib R provided on the wall surface material W of the building. (Fig. 1)
The rib R is formed integrally with the wall surface material W, and protrudes from the wall surface material W in a dovetail shape.

(2) Tile The tile 1 is a rectangular plate in plan view.
A horizontally continuous sole 11 is formed on the back surface of the tile 1. -
The cross section of the sole 11 in the height direction has a shape that spreads in both outward directions of the tile 1 from the back surface to the front surface of the tile 1. With such a shape, an engagement space 12 is formed between the upper end and the lower end of the sole 11 .
Although the tile 1 of this embodiment has a cobble-like shape, it may have a rectangular cross-sectional shape.

(3) Tile-engaging hardware The tile-engaging hardware 2 is made of aluminum or stainless steel.
The tile engaging hardware 2 is composed of a flat contact portion 21 and an engaging portion 22 formed by bending the lower end of the contact portion 21 into a substantially V shape (FIG. 2).
The engaging portion 22 has a protruding portion 221 protruded by bending the lower end of the contact portion 21 and a sole engaging portion 222 formed by bending the protruding end of the protruding portion 221 downward.
In addition, locking pieces 223a and 223b are provided near the center in the horizontal direction of the protruding portion 211 so as to be bent in a direction away from the contact portion 21 and raised. It is preferable that a plurality of locking pieces 223a and 223b have different projection lengths.

(3.1) Arrangement of Tile Engaging Hardware The tile engaging hardware 2 is arranged inside the sole 11 of the tile 1 (Fig. 3).
The contact portion 21 of the tile engaging hardware 2 is brought into contact with the bottom surface of the sole 11 in the depth direction, and the sole engaging portion 222 at the lower end of the engaging portion 22 is inserted into the engaging space 12 at the lower end of the sole 11. By engaging, it can be arranged inside the sole 11 in a stable state.
However, in order to achieve a more stable state, the contact portion 21 may be fixed to the bottom surface of the sole 11 in the depth direction using an adhesive or the like.
At least one tile engaging fitting 2 is provided for one tile 1. -

(4) Arrangement of tiles with tile-engaging metal fittings on the wall surface The tile 1 (Fig. 4a) with the tile-engaging metal fittings 2 arranged on the soles 11 has the engagement space 12 at the upper end of the soles 11 above the rib R. Push the lower part into the rib R while pressing to engage.
The locking pieces 223a and 223b of the tile engaging hardware 2 have elasticity and are pushed toward the protruding portion 221 by the lower ends of the dovetail ribs R (Fig. 4b). Then, after passing the lower end of the rib R, the locking pieces 223a and 223b return to their original state due to elasticity, and engage with the lower portion of the rib R to act as a stopper. It is fixed to the wall material W.
The tile engaging hardware 2 is arranged on the sole 11 of the tile 1 and engaged with the rib R of the wall surface material W, so that anyone can easily perform the fixing work.
In addition, since the structure does not use an adhesive, there is no fear that the adhesive will deteriorate and the tiles will peel off. In addition, because of the dry structure that does not use an adhesive, percussion inspection of the entire outer wall surface every 10 years becomes unnecessary.
The shape of the sole 11 of the tile 1 and the ribs R of the wall surface material W have variations in accuracy and are not uniform in shape.
For this reason, the projection lengths of the locking pieces 223a and 223b are formed differently.
For example, even if the rib R is positioned below the sole 11 and the long locking piece 223a is pushed by the rib R and does not stand up, the short locking piece 223b will stand up and engage (Fig. 5a). Further, if the distance between the lower portion of the sole 11 and the rib R is large, the long locking piece 223a rises and engages (FIG. 5b).
In this way, the locking pieces 223a and 223b with different projecting lengths can absorb accuracy errors.

In the above embodiment, the wall material W has ribs R, but instead of the ribs R, rails of substantially the same shape can be provided and the tiles 1 and the tile engaging fittings 2 can be locked to the rails.
