Description
Claims (15)
- スマートカードであって、
前記スマートカードの接触モードにおいて前記スマートカードに電力を供給するための外部電源に電気的に接続するための接触パッドと、
前記スマートカードの非接触モードにおいて前記スマートカードに電力を供給するための非接触電力回収システムと、
前記スマートカードに搭載され、前記接触パッドまたは前記非接触電力回収システムから供給される電力を受け取り、管理する主回路と、を備え、
前記主回路は、前記スマートカードに必要な機能を提供するために電力を必要とする構成要素を含み、
前記主回路は、前記接触パッドを介して引き出される電流のレベルを制御するための電流制限回路を介して前記接触パッドに接続されており、前記電流制限回路は積分器を含み、前記積分器の回路は、そのソース端子が前記外部電源の高電圧端子に接続するための前記接触パッドの高電圧端子に接続されるとともに、そのゲートがフィードバック抵抗を介して、前記外部電源の低電圧端子に接続するための前記接触パッドの低電圧端子に接続されるように構成された電界効果トランジスタと、前記ゲートと前記トランジスタのドレイン端子との間に接続されたフィードバックコンデンサと、前記スマートカードに搭載された前記主回路に電圧を供給する前記ドレイン端子と、を使用する、スマートカード。 - 前記積分器は、MOSFETまたはJFETを使用して実装される、請求項1に記載のスマートカード。
- 前記主回路および前記電流制限回路は、厚さが0.84mm未満のスマートカード本体内に収容されるべく、高さが0.84mm未満の部品からなる、請求項1または2に記載のスマートカード。
- 前記積分器の回路は、着実に上昇する出力電圧を生成することにより突入電流を制御して、前記カードが接続されるべき端末またはリーダの最大電流によって定義される許容電流内に電流を制限する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のスマートカード。
- 前記フィードバックコンデンサは、内部容量の変動の影響を最小限に抑えるために前記トランジスタの内部容量よりも大きな容量を有する、請求項1に記載のスマートカード。
- ターンオン時の電流のスパイクを除去するために、前記トランジスタの前記ソース端子と前記ゲート端子との間に接続されたコンデンサを備えている、請求項1または5に記載のスマートカード。
- 前記トランジスタの前記ソース端子と前記ゲート端子との間に接続された前記コンデンサの静電容量と、前記フィードバックコンデンサの静電容量とは、初期ゲートソース電圧がターンオン閾値電圧を超えて上昇しないように選択される、請求項6に記載のスマートカード。
- 前記スマートカードに搭載された前記主回路は、非接触電力採取中にエネルギーを蓄積するために、主電圧レール間にコンデンサを含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のスマートカード。
- 前記スマートカードに搭載された前記主回路は、前記スマートカードのユーザから生体認証データを取得するための生体認証センサと、前記スマートカード上の他の構成要素の動作を制御する制御システムと、および/またはソフトウェアおよび/またはデータを格納するためのメモリデバイスと、を含む、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のスマートカード。
- 前記スマートカードの許可ユーザを識別するための前記スマートカード上の生体認証センサを含み、前記スマートカードは、前記生体認証センサが、前記スマートカードのユーザが許可ユーザである旨の表示を提供する場合にのみ完全に動作するように構成されている、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載のスマートカード。
- 前記スマートカードは、アクセスカード、クレジットカード、デビットカード、プリペイドカード、ロイヤルティカード、および/または身分証明書である、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載のスマートカード。
- 前記スマートカードは、ATM機械と相互作用するための金融カードである、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のスマートカード。
- 前記電流制限回路は、前記接触パッドを介して引き出される電流を最大43mAに制限するように構成されている、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載のスマートカード。
- 前記スマートカードは、85.47mm~85.72mmの間の幅、53.92mm~54.03mmの間の高さ、および0.84mm未満の厚さを有する、請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載のスマートカード。
- スマートカードの製造方法であって、
スマートカードの接触モードにおいて前記スマートカードに電力を供給するための外部電源への電気接続用の接触パッドを提供することと、
前記スマートカードの非接触モードにおいて前記スマートカードに電力を供給するための非接触電力回収システムを提供することと、
前記接触パッドまたは前記非接触電力回収システムから供給される電力を受け取り、管理するための、前記スマートカードに搭載された主回路を提供することと、を含み、
前記主回路は、前記スマートカードに必要な機能を提供するために電力を必要とする構成要素を含み、
前記主回路は、前記接触パッドを介して引き出される電流のレベルを制御するための電流制限回路を介して前記接触パッドに接続され、前記電流制限回路は積分器を含み、前記積分器の回路は、そのソース端子が前記外部電源の高電圧端子に接続するための前記接触パッドの高電圧端子に接続されるとともに、そのゲートがフィードバック抵抗を介して、前記外部電源の低電圧端子に接続するための前記接触パッドの低電圧端子に接続されるように構成された電界効果トランジスタと、前記ゲートと前記トランジスタのドレイン端子との間に接続されたフィードバックコンデンサと、前記スマートカードに搭載された前記主回路に電圧を供給する前記ドレイン端子と、を使用する、スマートカードの製造方法。
