Description

Claims (13)
- 手術器具のためのシースであって、
遠位端と近位端とを有するスリーブと、
該スリーブの近位端部分にある保持機構とを含み、
該保持機構は、
前記近位端部分で前記スリーブに取り付けられるように構成されるスリーブ取付部分と、
該スリーブ取付部分から延びる係止環とを含み、
該係止環は、前記手術器具のコネクタ部分を受け入れるように構成され、
前記係止環は、弾性部分を含み、該弾性部分は、該弾性部分が撓んでいない第1の位置から、該弾性部分が第1の位置に対して径方向外向きに撓んだ第2の位置に撓むことができ、
前記弾性部分は、前記係止環の部分に加えられる径方向内向きに方向付けられる力に応答して前記第2の位置に撓むことができ、
前記弾性部分の前記第2の位置において、当該シースは、前記手術器具に対して移動可能であり、
前記弾性部分の前記第1の位置において、前記弾性部分は、前記シースを前記手術器具上の所定の位置に保持するように前記コネクタ部分と係合させられる、
シース。 - 前記係止環は、前記第1の位置において円形の内部横断面及び細長い内部横断面のうちの一方を有し、前記第2の位置において前記円形の内部横断面及び前記細長い内部横断面のうちの他方を有する、請求項1に記載のシース。
- 前記係止環は、前記保持機構の近位端部分で前記係止環の対向する横方向側面に位置付けられ、前記径方向内向きに方向付けられる力を受けるように構成される、一対の力適用面を含む、請求項1に記載のシース。
- 前記スリーブは、円形の内部横断面及び細長い内部横断面のうちの1つを有する、請求項1に記載のシース。
- 前記弾性部分は、径方向外向きに前記第2の位置に撓むように構成される第1及び第2の対向して配置される弾性部分を含む、請求項1に記載のシース。
- 前記保持機構は、前記スリーブ取付部分の内面に1つ又はそれよりも多くの長手に延びるスプラインを更に含み、該1つ又はそれよりも多くの長手に延びるスプラインは、当該シースが前記手術器具上に組み立てられた設定において、前記コネクタ部分の1つ又はそれよりも多くの相補的な構成と相互作用して、前記手術器具に対する当該シースの回転を防止するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシース。
- 前記第2の位置において、前記弾性部分は、前記コネクタ部分と係合して、遠位方向における前記手術器具に対する当該シースの軸方向移動を防止するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシース。
- 前記保持機構は、内側保持機構部及び外側保持機構部を含み、該内側保持機構部及び該外側保持機構部は、該内側保持機構部と該外側保持機構部との間で前記スリーブの前記近位端部分をクランプするように構成される、請求項1に記載のシース。
- 前記コネクタ部分は、傾斜した外面プロファイルを備える突起を含み、前記傾斜した外面プロファイルは、前記保持機構が、前記コネクタ部分の上で移動させられて、当該シースが前記手術器具と組み立てられる設定にされるときに、前記弾性部分を弾性的に変形させて、前記弾性部分を前記突起の周りで変形させるように構成される、請求項1に記載のシース。
- 前記突起は、当該シースが前記手術器具と組み立てられる設定において前記弾性部分に当接するように構成される肩部を定める、請求項9に記載のシース。
- 遠隔手術部位に導入されるように構成される遠位端を有する器具シャフトと、シースコネクタ部分とを含む、手術器具と、
前記器具シャフトを少なくとも部分的に覆うように構成されるシーススリーブと、
該シーススリーブの近位端部分に配置されるシーススリーブ保持機構とを含み、
該シーススリーブ保持機構及び前記シースコネクタ部分のうちの少なくとも一方は、弾性部分を有する係止環を含み、
前記弾性部分は、前記弾性部分が撓んでいない状態にある第1の位置と前記弾性部分が前記第1の位置に対して撓んだ第2の位置との間で撓むことができ、
前記弾性部分は、前記係止環の部分に加えられる径方向内向きに方向付けられる力に応答して前記第2の位置に撓むことができ、
前記弾性部分は、前記弾性部分の前記第1の位置において前記器具シャフトを少なくとも部分的に覆う位置に前記シーススリーブを保持するように前記シースコネクタ部分と係合させられ、
前記弾性部分は、前記弾性部分の前記第2の位置において、前記第1の位置に対して径方向外向きに撓んだ位置にあり、前記シーススリーブが前記器具シャフトに対して移動されるのを可能にする、
手術器具シースアセンブリ。 - 前記シーススリーブ保持機構は、前記シーススリーブの近位端部分に配置され、前記シーススリーブの遠位端は、前記器具シャフトの前記遠位端に近接して位置付けられるように構成される、請求項11に記載の手術器具シースアセンブリ。
- 前記シーススリーブ保持機構は、前記シーススリーブの前記近位端部分に取り付けられる、請求項11に記載の手術器具シースアセンブリ。
