Description
本発明の目的は、上記において説明した欠点を解決可能な電気駆動車両用熱調節システムを実装することであり、より広くは、使用中に直面しうる様々な動作条件に応じた熱調節管理を改善することである。
Claims (17)
- 電気駆動車両用の熱調節システムであって、
熱伝導流体を循環させるための第1のループ回路および第2のループ回路であって、前記第1のループ回路は、前記第1のループ回路を第1の分岐および第2の分岐に分割する第1の接続点および第2の接続点を有し、前記第2のループ回路は、前記第2のループ回路を第3の分岐および第4の分岐に分割する第3の接続点および第4の接続点を有し、前記第1の接続点および第2の接続点は、それぞれ前記第3の接続点および第4の接続点に接続可能である、第1のループ回路および第2のループ回路と、
前記第1の分岐中に配置されて、前記熱伝導流体を前記第2の接続点から前記第1の接続点に流させる第1のポンプと、
前記第2のループ回路中に配置された第2ポンプと、
前記熱伝導流体を冷却可能な、前記第1のループ回路中に配置された第1の熱交換器および前記第2のループ回路中に配置された第2の熱交換器と、
前記熱伝導流体によって冷却される、前記第1のループ回路中に配置されたバッテリパックおよび前記第2のループ回路中に配置された電気/電子駆動ユニットと、
第1の構成と第2の構成とを切り替え可能な制御バルブであって、前記第1の構成では、前記第1のループ回路および前記第2のループ回路が、互いに独立なそれぞれの流束を伝え、前記第2の構成では、前記第1の接続点が前記第3の接続点と連通し、前記第2の接続点が前記第4の接続点と連通して単一の冷却回路が形成される、制御バルブと
を備え、
前記第2の構成の前記単一の冷却回路では、前記電気/電子駆動ユニットおよび前記バッテリパックは、互いに並列に配置されて、互いに異なる流量の前記熱伝導流体による冷却が可能であり、
高温側および低温側を有する少なくとも1つのペルチェ式セルが前記第1のループ回路中に配置されて、前記第1のループ回路を通り抜ける前記熱伝導流体を前記高温側によって加熱する、
熱調節システム。 - 前記第1の熱交換器および前記第2の熱交換器は、前記第2の構成の前記単一の冷却回路中に配置される、
請求項1に記載の熱調節システム。 - 前記第1の接続点は、第1のダクトおよび前記制御バルブのみによって前記第3の接続点に接続され、前記制御バルブは、前記第1の接続点に対応して配置され、
前記第2の接続点は第2のダクトのみによって直接前記第4の接続点に接続される、
請求項1または2に記載の熱調節システム。 - 前記バッテリパックおよび前記第1の熱交換器は前記第1の分岐中に配置される、
請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の熱調節システム。 - 前記バッテリパックは前記第1の分岐中に配置され、前記電気/電子駆動ユニットは前記第4の分岐中に配置される、
請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の熱調節システム。 - 前記第1の熱交換器は前記第1の分岐中に配置され、前記第2の熱交換器は前記第3の分岐中に配置される、
請求項5に記載の熱調節システム。 - 前記ペルチェ式セルは、前記第1のループ回路の前記第2の分岐中に配置される、
請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の熱調節システム。 - 前記ペルチェ式セルの前記低温側は、前記第4の分岐中に配置された前記電気/電子駆動ユニットを冷却するよう設計される、
請求項7に記載の熱調節システム。 - 前記熱調節システムは、前記第3の分岐に接続されるタンクを備える、
請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の熱調節システム。 - 前記第2ポンプは、前記熱伝導流体を、前記第3の分岐においては前記第3の接続点から前記第4の接続点に向かって流させ、前記第4の分岐においては前記第4の接続点から前記第3の接続点に向かって流させるよう配置される、
請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載の熱調節システム。 - 前記第4の分岐中に配置された逆流防止バルブをさらに備えることにより、前記第3の接続点から前記第4の接続点に向かう流束を防ぐ、
請求項10に記載の熱調節システム。 - 前記第2ポンプは、前記第3の分岐中に配置される、
請求項10または11に記載の熱調節システム。 - 前記第2ポンプは、前記第4の分岐中に配置される、
請求項10または11に記載の熱調節システム。 - 前記第2ポンプは、前記電気/電子駆動ユニットと前記第4の接続点との間に配置される、
請求項13に記載の熱調節システム。 - 前記第4の分岐は、互いに並列に配置された第1のダクト部および第2のダクト部を有し、前記電気/電子駆動ユニットは、前記第1のダクト部および前記第2のダクト部のうちの一方のダクト中に配置され、前記第1のダクト部および前記第2のダクト部のうちの他方のダクト部中に追加の冷却対象コンポーネントが配置される、
請求項1から14の何れか一項に記載の熱調節システム。 - 前記追加の冷却対象コンポーネントは、水冷式凝縮器によって規定され、前記水冷式凝縮器はパッセンジャーコンパートメント内の空調システムの一部である、
請求項15に記載の熱調節システム。 - 請求項1から16の何れか一項に記載の熱調節システムを備える電気駆動車両。
