Description
The present invention relates to a central air-conditioning system for air-conditioning and ventilation of an entire building such as a general residence.
Conventionally, various technologies have been developed for central air-conditioning systems that perform air-conditioning and ventilation of the entire interior of a building. ”, “Forced ventilation type house” described in
In the "underfloor ventilation structure of the building" described in
The "forced ventilation type house" described in

Therefore, the problem to be solved by the present invention is that it has both air conditioning and ventilation functions, is easy to adopt in buildings based on conventional design methods, has good workability, and simplifies the exhaust route. To provide a central air-conditioning system capable of reducing the load on an air conditioner.
The central air-conditioning system according to the present invention includes:
an air conditioner located inside the building;
an air outlet provided on a wall surface within the building for supplying conditioned air generated by the air conditioner into the building;
a duct communicating between the air conditioner and the outlet;
A whole building air conditioning system comprising a ventilation device for ventilating the inside of the building,
It is characterized in that an exhaust port for sucking in the air in the building and discharging it out of the building by means of the ventilator is arranged in the area of the first floor of the building.
With such a configuration, the exhaust of the air in the entire building can be concentrated on the first floor. The exhaust path can be simplified in both one-storied buildings and two-story or higher buildings. In addition, fresh outside air introduced from outside the building (or outside air mixed with conditioned air) is supplied from the upper part of each area in the building toward each area, and the contaminated air in each area is removed from the first floor of the building. can be collectively exhausted from the first floor exhaust port, which can improve the cleanliness of each area in the building, and at the same time collect the polluted air in each area. Locations (dirty zones) can be centralized on the ground floor.
In the air-conditioning system for the entire building, the exhaust outlets can be distributed and arranged at a plurality of locations on the floor surface within the area of the first floor of the building.
With such a configuration, it becomes easy to select the installation location of the exhaust port, and the air in the building can be efficiently exhausted.
In the whole building air-conditioning system, the exhaust port can be arranged on at least one of the floor surface of the living room portion and the floor surface of the common area in the area of the first floor of the building.
With such a configuration, the air in the building can be efficiently exhausted.
In the air-conditioning system for the whole building, the exhaust port can be arranged in a portion near the wall surface.
With such a configuration, the air can be efficiently exhausted without hindering the living activities of the residents in the building.
In the whole building air-conditioning system, the air outlet can be arranged in the ceiling part in the area of the first floor of the building.
With such a configuration, there are no restrictions on where to place furniture, electrical appliances, and the like in the building. Also, in the summer when high-temperature air tends to stay in the ceiling, the air inside the building can be efficiently exhausted.
In the whole building air-conditioning system, the air in the building can be made to flow into the underfloor space of the building via the exhaust port and be discharged to the outside of the building.
With such a configuration, the underfloor space can be finished in an airtight structure and used as an exhaust path, thereby air-conditioning the entire building and ventilating the underfloor space at the same time. By passing the conditioned air through the underfloor space, the underfloor space becomes the same environment as the inside of the building, so the air conditioning load can be reduced. In addition, since duct construction in the underfloor space is not required, construction time can be shortened and materials used can be reduced.
In the central air-conditioning system, it is desirable that the underfloor space be airtight.
With such a configuration, it is possible to block the flow of air to the underfloor space via the living room, the unit bath part, and the duct shaft part, and the exhaust air flowing into the underfloor space from the living room etc. can be installed on the floor surface. Since it flows into the underfloor space only from the exhaust port, backflow from the exhaust port can be prevented.
In the air-conditioning system for the entire building, the ventilator can be arranged in an underfloor space on the first floor of the building.
With such a configuration, the operating sound of the ventilator is less likely to be transmitted into the room, so that the indoor space can be made quieter. There is no need to provide an installation space dedicated to the ventilator or a suspension holding member, and the need for separate installation work is also eliminated.
In the central air-conditioning system, it is preferable that the ventilator is supported so as to be movable at least in the horizontal direction when installed in the underfloor space.
With such a configuration, workability is improved when performing maintenance or part replacement of the ventilator.
In the central air-conditioning system, it is preferable that the ventilator has a function of exchanging heat between air in the building sucked in through the exhaust port and air sucked in from outside the building.
With such a configuration, the temperature of the air sucked from outside the building can be brought into the building while the temperature is close to the room temperature (air conditioning temperature) inside the building, which is effective in improving the efficiency of air conditioning. be.
The present invention has both an air conditioning function and a ventilation function, is easy to adopt in buildings based on conventional design methods, has good workability, can simplify the exhaust route, and can be used as an air conditioner. It is possible to provide a central air-conditioning system that can reduce the burden on the
Hereinafter, air-
First, the central air-
In general, the temperature setting of a building's air conditioning system is determined by the room temperature of the room where the air conditioner is located. As a result, the temperature of the entire building does not reach an appropriate level, resulting in a state in which air conditioning is difficult to work. Therefore, in the central air-
Specifically, in the case of the central air-
As described above, when the priorities are set such that the areas in which the residents are expected to stay for a short time are set higher in the plurality of areas in the building H1, the common area is selected as the area with the higher priority. 11 and 12, but in other words, the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the central air-
Further, in the case of the central air-
Also, as shown in FIG. 3, based on the results of calculating the required air volume from the relationship between the priority of the area where the residents are expected to stay longer and the size of the area (volume), the LDK , two
Three
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, three
Since the air volume of the
In addition, by selectively installing the
The
In the central air-
In addition, the air in the rooms R11 and R12 on the first floor flows out to the
Furthermore, the air in the rooms R21 and R22 on the second floor flows out to the
The
By installing the
By using the
As shown in FIG. 1, an
In the central air-
By using the
In the central air-
If a thin air conditioner such as a built-in type air conditioner is adopted as the air conditioner, the downward dimension of the
As shown in FIG. 1, when the building H1 is a multi-floor residential building, the
With the configuration described above, the central air-
Furthermore, by installing the
Thus, the central air-
Furthermore, since the central air-
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the central air-
As shown in FIG. 9, the
In the central air-

Furthermore, the conditioned air supplied from the
As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the outlet 14 (branched
Even in the state shown in FIG. 11A, the
In the air outlet 14 (
As shown in FIG. 11(a), when the
As shown in FIG. 11(b), when the
As shown in FIG. 11(c), when the
As described above, in the central air-
As shown in FIGS. 1, 6, and 7, in the central air-
As shown in FIG. 7, a plurality of

Next, in the central air-
Therefore, conditioned air can be drawn in without constructing a duct or the like in the
In the central air-
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, the
When constructing the central air-
Further, in the central air-
In order to ensure the airtightness of the
The duct shaft portion is airtightly treated by closing the gap between the duct and the structural plywood where the duct passes through the structural plywood with an airtight tape. In the unit bath section, foam insulation is applied to the rising portion and the bottom of the foundation, and the unit bath is installed on the foundation. In addition, in order to provide an inspection opening for inspection of the unit bath, a base inspection opening made of foamed resin with high airtightness is installed at a place where a part of the rising part of the foundation is notched. As a result, the air in the underfloor space does not circulate to other areas via the unit bath portion, thereby improving the airtightness of the underfloor space.
By ensuring the airtightness of the
As described above, in the central air-

FIG. 16 shows a schematic configuration of the central air-
As shown in FIGS. 16 to 18, an
In the central air-
As shown in FIG. 17, in the first floor part of the building H2, the
As shown in FIGS. 16 and 17, on the first floor of the building H2, the wall surfaces 11d, 11e, 11h, and 11i adjacent to the
As shown in FIG. 17, three
By providing the two
As described above, the
As shown in FIG. 18, on the second floor of building H2,

As shown in FIG. 17, in the first floor part of the building H2, the
As shown in FIGS. 16 and 19, a

As shown in FIGS. 20 and 21, the
