Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a distribution board for residential use, and in particular, a branch breaker having a secondary side terminal composed of a quick-connecting terminal, the secondary side terminal not facing the front of the distribution board, and having difficulty in connecting electric wires is assembled. It relates to a distribution board for residential use.

In recent years, branch breakers have become smaller and thinner, and by vertically arranging the secondary terminals, which consist of quick-connect terminals that were conventionally arranged on the left and right, thinning in the width direction has become popular. is doing.
Patent Literature 1 shows an example of a distribution board for residential use in which such a thin branch breaker is assembled. arranged to face each other. Therefore, as disclosed in Patent Literature 1, when the primary side terminals were arranged facing upward when assembled to the distribution board, the secondary side terminals were arranged facing downward.

As disclosed in Patent Document 1, by arranging both the primary side terminal and the secondary side terminal vertically in the breaker housing, the branch breaker can be thinned, and a large number of branch breakers can be installed in the distribution board while saving space. It was possible to assemble.
However, the branch breaker installed in the distribution board faces sideways when viewed from the front of the distribution board, such that the secondary side terminals that connect the electric wires for branch wiring face downward (or upward) as a side effect of the thinning. In addition, since the terminals are arranged so as to overlap in the front-rear direction, it is difficult to see the secondary side terminals, and it is particularly difficult to connect to the terminals on the far side.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such problems, and even in a residential distribution board in which thin breakers with vertically arranged secondary terminals are assembled, it is not necessary to connect branch wires to individual branch breakers. The object is to provide a simple residential distribution board.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the invention of claim 1 is a distribution board for residential use in which a main breaker and a plurality of branch breakers are accommodated, and a base on which the branch breakers are assembled is provided with a branch wiring leading to a load. and a relay terminal connected to the secondary side terminal of the branch breaker via an electric wire and connected to the branch wiring connection terminal in the base, branching the branch wiring When connected to the wiring connection terminal, the branch wiring is electrically connected to the secondary side terminal of the branch breaker , and at least the relay terminal of the relay terminal and the branch wiring connection terminal is connected to the secondary side terminal of the branch breaker to be assembled. The relay terminal and the branch wiring connection terminal are formed of quick-connect terminals which are arranged in the vicinity of the position, and the connection is completed by inserting the electric wire, and the branch wiring connection terminal is provided with a voltage detection hole, It is characterized in that the energized state of the branch wiring connection terminal can be easily confirmed .
According to this configuration, when the branch wiring leading to the load is connected to the branch wiring connection terminal, it is connected to the secondary side terminal of the branch breaker. Therefore, even if the secondary side terminal of the branch breaker is arranged so that it is difficult to connect the electric wire, if the branch wiring connection terminal is arranged on the base at a place where it is easy to see, the branch wiring connection terminal can be used to connect the branch wiring. can be easily connected to the branch breaker.

Furthermore, since the relay terminal is arranged near the secondary side terminal of the branch breaker, it is easy to connect with the secondary side terminal. You can operate the connection.

In addition, the continuity test can be performed without using the voltage detection hole of the branch breaker and without extracting the branch wiring, which is convenient.

According to the invention of claim 2 , in the structure of claim 1 , an electric wire for drawing the branch wiring from the back of the distribution board housing and connecting it to the branch wiring connection terminal is provided in the vicinity of the branch wiring connection terminal of the base. It is characterized in that an insertion hole is formed.
According to this configuration, since the wire insertion opening is provided near the branch wiring connection terminal, the branch wiring introduced from the back of the distribution board is connected to the branch wiring connection terminal without routing inside the distribution board housing. It is possible, and there is no need to provide a separate routing space.

According to the present invention, when the branch wiring leading to the load is connected to the branch wiring connection terminal, it is connected to the secondary side terminal of the branch breaker.

The base 1 constitutes the back of the distribution board housing and is formed as a member attached to the wall surface. The cover plate (not shown) and the base 1 constitute a distribution board housing.

The base 1 is provided with a main breaker mounting portion 11, a branch breaker mounting portion 12, a wire insertion port 13 for introducing a wire from the rear, a relay terminal 5 and a branch wiring connection terminal 6, which will be described later. A main breaker 2 and a plurality of branch breakers 3 are assembled.
Then, the distribution board is configured by closing at least a part of the front surface of the base 1 to which the equipment is assembled with a cover plate, excluding at least the operation part of the equipment.

The branch breaker 3 assembled to the base 1 has an operation handle 31 for turning on/off the electric circuit on the top of the breaker housing, a primary terminal 32 as a power source terminal on the back, and a secondary terminal as a load terminal on the front. 33 are arranged. The primary side terminal 32 is a plug-in type terminal that is connected by gripping a copper bar, and the secondary side terminal 33 is a quick-connecting terminal that is connected by simply inserting an electric wire. Both terminals are arranged vertically. It is a thin breaker. The base 1 is assembled with the operating handle 31 facing forward.

The main breaker 2 and the branch breaker 3 correspond to a single-phase three-wire electric circuit, and have three terminals consisting of two voltage poles L (L1, L2) and a neutral pole N. The branch wiring 8 consists of two electric wires, and when forming an electric circuit up to a 100V load, it is connected to one voltage pole L and neutral pole N of the branch breaker 3 to form an electric circuit corresponding to a 200V load. If formed, it is connected to the terminals of the two voltage poles L1 and L2. Incidentally, the branch wiring 8 is composed of three wires when the ground wire is provided.

The main breaker 2 is assembled to the base 1 with the primary side terminal 21 arranged in the lower part and the secondary side terminal 22 arranged in the upper part. In addition, three copper bars 4 formed in a belt shape in the left-right direction so as to overlap in the front-rear direction are provided on the upper portion of the branch breaker mounting portion 12 of the base 1 in order to connect the primary side terminal 32 of the branch breaker 3 . are arranged.
A secondary side terminal 22 of the main breaker 2 is connected to a connecting bar 4a extending from one end of the copper bar 4 in a bar shape.

On the other hand, the branch breaker 3 is attached to the base 1 with the primary side terminal 32 formed of a plug-in terminal directed upward and the secondary side terminal 33 formed of a quick connection terminal directed downward. The primary side terminal 32 is connected to the copper bar 4 in this state.

The wire insertion opening 13 is formed below the branch breaker mounting portion 12 near the position where the secondary side terminal 33 of the assembled branch breaker 3 is arranged. A portion of the relay terminal 5 and the branch wiring connection terminal 6 is formed between the wire insertion opening 13 and the branch breaker mounting portion 12 . In particular, the relay terminal 5 is arranged near the position where the secondary side terminal 33 of the assembled branch breaker 3 is arranged.
The branch wiring connection terminal 6 is divided into an upper portion of the wire insertion opening 13 adjacent to the relay terminal 5 and a lower portion of the wire insertion opening 13 .

The relay terminals 5 and the branch wiring connection terminals 6 are formed in the same number as the branch breaker 3 can be attached to the branch breaker mounting portion 12, and each is formed of a pair of quick connection terminals 5a and 6a.
The relay terminals 5 are formed in a line parallel to the line of the branch breakers 3 and are arranged in alignment with the secondary terminals 33 of the corresponding branch breakers 3 . The two terminals used by the secondary side terminal 33 of the branch breaker 3 and the pair of quick-connection terminals 5a are connected via the electric wire 7 and used.

The branch wiring connection terminal 6 is paired with the relay terminal 5 , and the paired relay terminal 5 and the branch wiring connection terminal 6 are connected inside the base 1 .
FIG. 4 is an enlarged explanatory view of part A, showing how the relay terminal 5 and the branch wiring connection terminal 6 are connected by the conductor 9 within the base 1. As shown in FIG. In this way, the paired relay terminal 5 and the branch wiring connection terminal 6 are connected. can be used as the secondary side terminal 33 of the branch breaker 3.
As a result, when the branch wiring 8 is connected to the branch wiring connection terminal 6 , the connection to the branch breaker 3 is completed, and the branch wiring 8 does not need to be directly connected to the secondary side terminal 33 of the branch breaker 3 .

Here, the configuration of the branch wiring connection terminal 6 will be specifically described. The branch wiring connection terminals 6 are formed of a pair of quick-connection terminals 6a, which are divided into two groups (a first group G1 and a second group G2) as shown in FIG.
The first group G1 is arranged above the wire insertion opening 13 adjacent to the row of the relay terminals 5, and the second group G2 is arranged below the wire insertion opening 13. As shown in FIG.
Each branch wiring connection terminal 6 has a voltage detection hole 6b in the vicinity of each quick connection terminal 6a. The voltage detection hole 6b is electrically connected to the quick connection terminal 6a inside the base 1, and is configured so that a probe such as a tester can be inserted to check the energized state.

The first group G1 is connected within the base 1 to the odd-numbered relay terminals 5 among the plurality of relay terminals 5 arranged in line. That is, the configuration is such that odd-numbered branch breakers 3 are arranged. On the other hand, the second group G2 is connected to even-numbered relay terminals 5 within the base 1 . That is, the configuration is such that even-numbered branch breakers 3 are arranged. By arranging in this way, for example, the first group G1 is a group connecting one voltage pole L1 and the neutral pole N, and the second group G2 is a group connecting the other voltage pole L2 and the neutral pole N. can be connected in groups, allowing a balanced distribution of the two voltage poles L1, L2.

If the branch wiring 8 leading to the load is connected to the branch wiring connection terminal 6 in this way, it is connected to the secondary side terminal 33 of the branch breaker 3 . Therefore, even if the secondary side terminal 33 of the branch breaker 3 is arranged so that it is difficult to connect an electric wire, the branch wiring connection terminal 6 can be easily connected by arranging the branch wiring connection terminal 6 on the base 1 at an easily visible location. The branch wiring 8 can be easily connected to the branch breaker 3 by using.
In addition, since the relay terminal 5 is arranged near the secondary side terminal 33 of the branch breaker 3, it is easy to connect with the secondary side terminal 33, and the relay terminal 5 and the branch wiring connection terminal 6 are formed of quick connection terminals. can be easily connected.
Furthermore, since the branch wiring connection terminal 6 is provided with the voltage detection hole 6b, the continuity test can be performed without using the voltage detection hole of the branch breaker 3 and without removing the branch wiring 8, which is convenient. .
In addition, since the wire insertion opening 13 is provided near the branch wiring connection terminal 6, the branch wiring 8 introduced from the back of the distribution board is connected to the branch wiring connection terminal 6 without routing inside the distribution board housing. It is possible, and there is no need to provide a separate routing space.

Although the branch wiring connection terminals 6 are divided into the first group G1 and the second group G2 and arranged, all the branch wiring connection terminals 6 may be arranged in one row. Also, a ground terminal may be added to the branch wiring connection terminal 6 .
Moreover, although the base 1 is described as a member forming part of the distribution board housing, it may be a member arranged inside the distribution board housing.
