Description
本開示は、油圧アクチュエータ、リザーバ、電動モータ、及び、油圧流体をリザーバから油圧アクチュエータへと移動してアクチュエータを作動させるために、電動モータによって駆動される油圧ポンプを内蔵する、ロープロファイル型の電動静油圧アクチュエータを提供する。
記載のシステム及び技法の実施形態の様々な態様をより良く理解するため、ここで航空機及び航空機翼の簡単な説明が示される。図6は、ある実施例による航空機600の概略図である。図6に示すように、航空機600は、長手軸(X軸)、横軸(Y軸)、及び垂直軸(Z軸)によって規定される。様々な実施例では、航空機600は、内面670を有する機体650を備える。航空機600は、機体650に連結された翼620を含む。航空機600は、翼620によって支持されたエンジン630もまた含み得る。ある実施形態では、航空機600は、電気検査システム640及び環境検査システム660といった、複数の高レベル検査システムをさらに含む。他の実施例では、任意の数の他の検査システムが含まれていてよい。
Claims (15)
- 電動静油圧アクチュエータ(100)であって、
ピストンヘッド(26)及び前記ピストンヘッドから延びるピストンロッド(22)を有する、ピストンアセンブリ(20)と、
油圧シリンダ(30、210)であって、前記ピストンアセンブリが内部に可動式に位置しており、前記油圧シリンダが、ピストン側チャンバ(32)及びロッド側チャンバ(34)を含む油圧流体チャンバ領域(28)を含んでいる、油圧シリンダ(30、210)と、
前記電動静油圧アクチュエータ内に位置する油圧流体を貯蔵するためのリザーバ(36)であって、前記油圧流体チャンバ領域と流体連通しており、
前記リザーバが、リザーバ壁(364)の内表面(364A)と前記油圧シリンダの外周の外表面(362A)との間に形成されており、
前記リザーバが、ベローアセンブリによって、第1の圧力コンパートメント(350A)及び第2の圧力コンパートメント(350B)に分割され、前記第1の圧力コンパートメントが第1のガス圧力コンパートメントを含み、前記第2の圧力コンパートメントが油圧コンパートメントを含み、
前記ベローアセンブリが、外側ベロー(352)と内側ベロー(354)を含み、
前記ベローアセンブリ(351)の内側は、高圧でガスが充填されている圧力貯蔵チャンバ(356)である、リザーバ(36)と、
前記リザーバ内及び前記油圧流体チャンバ領域内で油圧流体を移動するための油圧ポンプシステム(40)であって、前記油圧流体チャンバ領域内の油圧流体の方向と流量の大きさを制御するために、油圧シリンダボス(39、211)内の流動制御ネットワーク(38)と流体連通している、油圧ポンプシステム(40)と、
前記油圧ポンプシステム(40)を駆動するために前記電動静油圧アクチュエータ内で前記油圧ポンプシステム(40)に隣接して位置し動作可能に連結されている電動モータ(50)とを備える、
電動静油圧アクチュエータ(100)。 - 制御信号を受信して、前記制御信号を前記電動モータが前記油圧ポンプシステムを駆動する値である設定点値に変換するために、前記電動静油圧アクチュエータ内に位置している、一体型制御モジュール(60)をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の電動静油圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記電動モータが、固定式または角度可変式のスウォッシュプレート(42、224、408)を回転して、前記油圧ポンプシステムを駆動し、
油圧流体の流動方向は前記固定式または角度可変式のスウォッシュプレートの動作方向によって決定されるのと、油圧流体の前記油圧流体チャンバ領域への流量の大きさは、前記スウォッシュプレートを傾斜させている角度によって制御され、前記電動静油圧アクチュエータは、前記角度可変式のスウォッシュプレートの動作方向及び、前記角度可変式のスウォッシュプレートの傾斜角度を制御する制御電気信号を受信するために、前記電動静油圧アクチュエータ内に位置している一体型制御モジュール(60)をさらに含むことと、
前記油圧ポンプシステムは、前記電動静油圧アクチュエータ内で回転可能である油圧ポンプシリンダブロック(214、402)を備え、前記油圧ポンプシリンダブロックは、前記固定式または角度可変式のスウォッシュプレートの回転によって可動な複数のピストン(216、406)を備え、前記複数のピストンは、前記スウォッシュプレートに連結されて、前記電動静油圧アクチュエータの中心軸(X)の方向に沿って前記油圧ポンプシリンダブロック内で摺動することの、少なくとも1つである、
請求項1に記載の電動静油圧アクチュエータ。 - 前記リザーバを、前記第1の圧力コンパートメント(350A)と前記第2の圧力コンパートメント(350B)とに分離する、前記油圧シリンダ内に位置する分離部材(330、351)をさらに備え、
前記分離部材は、膜(330)である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電動静油圧アクチュエータ。 - 前記ピストンアセンブリが、前記ロッド側チャンバと前記リザーバのうちの少なくとも1つから前記ピストン側チャンバ内へと油圧流体を圧送することによって、収縮位置から伸長位置へと第1の方向に動き、流体を前記ロッド側チャンバから前記リザーバ内へと押し、
前記ピストンアセンブリが、前記ピストン側チャンバと前記リザーバのうちの少なくとも1つから前記ロッド側チャンバ内へと油圧流体を圧送することによって、第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向に動き、油圧流体を前記ピストン側チャンバから前記リザーバ内へと押す、
請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電動静油圧アクチュエータ。 - 前記油圧ポンプシステムがバルブプレート(44、404)を含む、請求項1に記載の電動静油圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記油圧ポンプシステムによって供給される、または前記油圧ポンプシステムに戻る前記油圧流体の流動方向は、前記バルブプレートによって制御され、
前記バルブプレートが前記油圧シリンダボスに機械的に取り付けられているかまたは前記油圧シリンダボスに一体化されているのと、
前記バルブプレート(212、404)が前記油圧シリンダボス(211)内で回転可能であるのとのうちの少なくとも1つである、
請求項6に記載の電動静油圧アクチュエータ。 - 前記電動モータはサーボモータであり、前記油圧ポンプシステムは双方向の容積移送式ポンプであり、
前記油圧シリンダ内の前記ピストンアセンブリの位置、及び前記ピストンアセンブリによって生み出される出力は、前記サーボモータの速度、前記容積移送式ポンプの速度、またはこれらの組み合わせのうちの1つを調整することによって制御され、前記ピストンアセンブリの位置及び出力は、前記サーボモータの速度及び方向を変更することによって制御されるのと、
前記流動制御ネットワークは前記油圧シリンダボスに一体化されているのと
のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電動静油圧アクチュエータ。 - 前記電動静油圧アクチュエータの外周上のホットスポットを取り囲むように配置された、熱管理層(70)をさらに備える、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電動静油圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記電動静油圧アクチュエータの位置を監視する位置センサ(62)をさらに備え、前記電動モータの速度と方向のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記電動静油圧アクチュエータの前記位置によって制御される、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電動静油圧アクチュエータ。
- 請求項1に記載の前記電動静油圧アクチュエータ(100)を有する、航空機(600)。
- 前記電動静油圧アクチュエータが、
制御信号を受信して、前記制御信号を前記電動モータが前記油圧ポンプシステムを駆動する値である設定点値に変換するために、前記電動静油圧アクチュエータ内に位置している、一体型制御モジュール(60)と、
前記リザーバを、前記第1の圧力コンパートメント(350A)と前記第2の圧力コンパートメント(350B)とに分離する、前記油圧シリンダ内に位置する分離部材(350、351)と、
前記油圧シリンダボス(211)内で回転可能なバルブプレート(212、404)と、
のうちの少なくとも1つをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の航空機。 - 前記電動モータが、
固定式または角度可変式のスウォッシュプレート(42、224、408)を回転して前記油圧ポンプシステムを駆動するのと、
サーボモータであり、前記油圧ポンプシステムが双方向の容積移送式ポンプであるのと、
のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項11又は請求項12に記載の航空機。 - 油圧流体の流動方向は固定式または角度可変式のスウォッシュプレートの動作方向によって決定され、前記油圧流体の前記油圧流体チャンバ領域への流量の大きさは、前記スウォッシュプレートを傾斜させている角度によって制御される、請求項11~13のいずれか一項に記載の航空機。
- 前記ピストンアセンブリが、前記ロッド側チャンバと前記リザーバのうちの少なくとも1つから前記ピストン側チャンバ内へと油圧流体を圧送することによって、収縮位置から伸長位置へと第1の方向に動き、流体を前記ロッド側チャンバから前記リザーバ内へと押し、
前記ピストンアセンブリが、前記ピストン側チャンバと前記リザーバのうちの少なくとも1つから前記ロッド側チャンバ内へと油圧流体を圧送することによって、第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向に動き、流体を前記ピストン側チャンバから前記リザーバ内へと押す、
請求項11~14のいずれか一項に記載の航空機。
